Vince was excellent and took care of our water leak after having to drill with his jack hammer in the one bedroom. He took care of the water leak and removed my outside faucet as per my request and took care of patching up the outside and filling in the hole in the bedroom once they were completed. Vince and his assistant did a great job of cleaning up too.

It's never a good day when your water heater starts leaking all over the garage, but thankfully Olin Plumbing came to the rescue!

I called other plumbing companies in Wesley Chapel, but most had a wait of 2-3 days, which I could not deal with. My wife, who is a regular listener of the Mike Calta radio show, suggested I call Olin Plumbing. After checking their reviews and standing on both BBB and Angie's List, I called them and they were able to send someone out almost immediately. My plumber, Mike, was very professional and gave me an estimate with different options, based on the brand and capacity of the water heater. As always, you can expect that there will be mark-ups on anything you buy from the contractor, and it's up to the individual as to whether you want to pay that price or go elsewhere. Mike was pleasant and accommodating when I requested a certain brand of water heater other than the Rheem unit that they would typically install. After doing additional research, I opted to purchase a new AO Smith unit at Lowe's and used their truck ($20 for 1-1/2 hours; a great deal) to get the water heater back to the house.

I called their office (Judy) and she was able to schedule the installation for the next morning. It was nice to see Mike be the plumber that pulled up, as he had already seen everything and was immediately ready to start the work. The installation process was smooth as glass (for me) and Mike was very thorough and cleaned up everything before leaving.

Overall impression is that this is a first-rate company that does first-rate work! They are probably a little more expensive than other contractors, but you get what you pay for, as they send REAL plumbers. I can only speak as to Mike's work, but he is a skilled plumber, has a great demeanor and attitude, and truly cared about making this whole experience as easy as possible.

We were dealing with a broken toilet emergency. Called at 8:30, spoke to Judy who was super nice. Bob was here by 11:30 and had a new toilet installed and everything back to normal in less than a hour and a half! A-one service!Needed a new commode. Just like before they were prompt and took care of everything .Continue to be happy with their service.

Thanks for coming out the same day to install our kitchen faucet which we had attempted to do ourselves, but ran into some problems. Mark worked his magic and fixed the situation and replaced the two shut off valves that were our problem. New valves new faucet. Set. Thank you.

called about a clogged sink, this is the second time i have used Olin. the first time was for a clogged toilet. on that occasion they had to come back and re-snake, they did that cheerfully under the warranty. They came out an hour after I called which should not be expected, but was a surprise. Had the sink unclogged in 30 minutes and cleaned up nicely. The plumber,Mike, was in a clean uniform, the truck was clean, and he was well groomed, in a ZZTOP way. Very polite and to the point. I used Olin because they stand behind their work.On both occasions Judy,service person, kept me up to date as far as arrival time. My new townhouse came with a lot of plumbing issues and Olin Plumbing came through for me with flying colors!My project required multiple service calls over several days; Olin sent Joe who stayed with the project from start to finish. Joe was always on time, presented himself in a very professional and friendly manner which is a great reflection on the high standards set by Olin Plumbing. Every step of the way Joe explained not only what he was doing, but why....to a layman like myself that goes a long way in helping me understand exactly what I am paying for. I highly recommend Olin Plumbing (ask for Joe!). I certainly won't hesitate to call them again.

Terrible experience. I was given a quote to install a whole house water filter system, water softener, and under the counter RO system. I was rescheduled for service twice. When the plumber came to my house he was disrespectful. Telling me that I brought cheap equipment and he could have got me a better deal. He was upset because he had someone else's truck. Told me that the softener tank was defective. We called the company that made it and they told him what he needed to do. Said he needed to keep checking his phone because he's planning a honeymoon. It was easy to see he didn't want to be there or do the job. After complaining about the work he had to do, he went back to his truck and gave me a revised quote that was 3 times more than the original. I politely told him to leave. I called Olin and the first thing they asked me was if I thought the revised quote was fair. Unreal.

Called Olin Plumbing this morning for a kitchen sink clog. Their plumber Mark arrived, diagnosed the problem and got right to work removing the clog. He repaired the problem and was very efficient, professional and polite. He cleaned up after the job and gave us a couple of coffee cups! I give this company an A+. Olin will be our plumber for now on.

I called Olin to repair the main water valve. Mark did a great job communicating what he needed and explaining what he had to do in order to resolve an issue he found. The price was fair and we now feel as though we have a plumber that we can trust - and that is most valuable!

This was my first time I used Olin plumbing. I needed a plumber quickly because I had to shut off all the water to my home to stop the problem I had. Olin was the only company of the four companies I called that would come out on the day I needed them. One company returned my call after Olin had already fixed my problem. Mark quickly identified the problem and resolved it. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

Thank you Sarah, Judy and of course Mark for their excellent service throughout my plumbing problem. I did not have an emergency but it was very nice to be able to speak to someone (Sarah) on a Sunday to set up an appointment and Monday was available. Judy was great at keeping me informed about when the plumber would arrive and Mark was professional and knowledgeable. My issue did take more than one trip to complete but the the price was fair and all work clearly explained.

The technician and phone operator at Olin were both friendly and professional, HOWEVER I am compelled to leave a negative review because I feel that I was robbed by this company. I am selling my home and upon inspection the inspector found a minor leak under my bathroom sink. I had a local handyman fix this a few days ago by taking apart the assembly and adding plumber's putty-- a cheap and easy fix. However, I then found out that the buyer wanted a written document from a licensed plumber stating that the leak was fixed. I read the positive reviews for Olin, gave them a call, and simply asked for a technician to come out here, verify there was no more leaking, and sign a document stating so. The technician came out this afternoon, looked at the sink for literally 2 minutes, & said yes, it's been fixed. I asked how much the charge would be for coming out and he told me "I'm not sure, I'll have to speak to my manager, because usually we do free estimates, so maybe this counts, but let me check with him and see." Ten minutes later, he comes back inside and informs me that his manager told him to charge for an hour's worth of a labor, which is $185 ! If that's not robbery, I don't know what is! He was here for 2 minutes and did no labor other than verifying there was no water under the sink. To be charged $185 for that is simply outrageous. Needless to say, I deeply regret calling Olin Plumbing and would recommend you look elsewhere unless you are happy to pay an arm and a leg for simply basic service. You have not gained a repeat customer from me.

I had a plumbing issue and they were able to send somebody out the same day even though it was after hours. You did a fantastic job and went the extra mile even taking the time to wash off in the hood falling in the toilet! I've never had service like this before. Thank you.

This is my first time using this plumbing service, I called them and they were in my house within an hour, the gentleman that came was Mark, he was polite and very friendly. They took care of the problem within an hour. The reason why I took the time to write this review is because this is the reason why I called them because they had good reviews so this will help another person, and because Mark was a sweetheart...I would definately recommend them again
