Provided by YP.comI was craving some mid-east food and ended up here. Everything was great, but the shawarma was not the best I have had. The House Mazza was excellent as was the raw lemonade juice slush we had.

Provided by YP.combesides the workers being rude the manager is even ruder. I placed an order for my husband and a few of the employees at the pastry shop next door, I asked the gentleman over the phone if they could walk the food over, and they said they would. So I placed the order by phone and the name for the order, I gave my husbands name then I went there to pay for the food by credit card because they wouldn't take credit card over the phone. When I got there I repeated it two or three times to the two female cashiers that it needs to go next door to my husband and AGAIN gave my husbands name. When I asked my husband later on that night how the food was, he said he never received the food. So I called the restaurant and spoke to one of the cashiers she admitted to me she didn't give my husbands name when she took the food over. Then I ask for a manager and she tells me he's gone and puts the other cashier on the phone. Then that cashier puts a manager on the phone one lie after another. The manager was so rude he hung up on the 2 times I could not believe that is how they treat there customers. After all that I went to the restaurant he was yelling and hollering "your not getting nothing" I'm not giving you your money back then I called the police. The manager was so rude he had a high pitch voice with the police officer. Then He told the officer he would make me food for one person mind you I paid 31.21 for 6 kabob sandwiches and a large fattoush salad. So I said fine the manager tells me well you will have to come another day we are closed. Then I said no thank you and walked out. They are rude people who don't have respect for anyone. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE and if anyone goes there be prepared for rude behavior and mistakes to happen ALL THE TIME. As for the fish they have on the menu for 20 buck it smells so nasty and not even cooked right i threw up when I got home from the place. I should have listened to my husband when he said don't go back to that restaurant after the fish situation.

Provided by YP.comI've been to this place and it is not bad. It's not the best place ever but definetly edible.
My husband and I had a horrible experience at Beirut Palace. The waitress wasn't very accomodating. I had asked for a garlic dip with the bread we were served, I was told that I could have it when dinner was served. (I'm still waiting for it.) The salads were drenched in dressing, although they were still good. When our entrees were brought out, my chicken was visibly over cooked (browned and cracked). Still I tried one bite from the chicken portion of the entree (Beef & Chicken Shwarma) and could not chew the chicken enough to swallow. The beef and rice were edible, so that's what I ate. When the waitress brought the bill, we brought to her attention the condition of the chicken. She replied, okay, and walked away, leaving the bill behind. When my husband went to pay for the meal he brought to the managers attention that the chicken was inedible and wasn't very pleased with not only the quality of the food served but also the service. The manager gave my husband a $2.65 discount off o
