A few weeks ago, John did a complete renovation of a small bathroom in my home. Since my home is nearly 100 years old, the renovation was extensive. John and his workmen were impeccable. I am so happy with the final result. I am complimented by family and friend on how beautiful my new bathroom looks. Most importantly, John was reliable and trustworthy. I would without a doubt highly recommend John of East Shore Home Improvements for your home improvement needs! I first met John during Hurricane Sandy, only a few days after this devastating event, and even though my roof damage was minimal compared to what others lost, John made the time to come quickly and make permanent repairs to avoid any further damage. What struck me about John at that first impression was his caring and concern for the Sandy victims. He'd do just about anything to help them. He is fair and honest, very hard to find today with contractors. I called John again recently for some more work at my home and his crew worked long, hard hours and were very professional. John is an Angel to many of Sandy victims and that's what makes his business so unique, his credibility and integrity. Not only an honest businessman but a good human being as well. I just had my roof replaced by John and the boys at East Shore. I live in Brooklyn, but he was willing to come take a look and give me an estimate. The price was good, and I liked the fact that he was honest about when he would be able to do the job. It would have been easy to give me an immediate appointment and then a bunch of excuses to hold it off. There was also no pressure to make a decision on the spot, as many other companies are known to do. I appreciated his honest approach, that's a real comfort when dealing with such a large repair. The best part of all was he was able to move some things around and fit me in only a few days after the estimate, despite a rainy day delaying the other jobs he had scheduled. The crew was very efficient, very neat, and got almost everything done in 1 day. They were back early the next day to complete the finishing touches, including the new gutters and downspouts. A+ on a job well done. I won't hesitate to use them again.

I called John for a problem i was having with an insurance company and he came to my home in such short notice and was very honest which is very hard to find these days. He could have easily told me I needed a new roof when in fact I did not. I will reccomend John to anyone who wants someone HONEST and efficent !!

John is a very professional home improvement business man- He gave a fair estimate at his appointed time-He then delivered and installed the product in the time frame that he promised-His installers were as professional as he was along with being neat and clean. John was friendly and unrushed giving the job the time it required. I would not hesitate to call on his services in the future.
There are a number of home improvement companies on staten island but NONE of them can compare to John and his crew. Whether you are looking for a small job to get done or a big home improvement project, this is the company to call. John is professional, friendly but most of all, he is great at what he does. We have had our roof, siding, windows and doors installed and could no be happier with the outcome of any project.
John and his crew were very friendly and efficent, the price was alot cheaper than the other contractors I recieved quotes from and his work was exceptional. He was prompt and the job was completed on time and they left no mess. I would definately recommend him to anyone doing exterior work on their home.

Very pleased. John is easy to work with, he gives good suggestions, but is not pushy. Both he and his crew are respectful and responsible. His prices are fair and his work is excellent. With all the problems you can encounter when doing a big home improvement our experience with him was pleasurable and trouble free.
