Excellent service. Every person sent to my home has been great. Recently John M came out to fix my drains and check my AC and heater. Last year Shawn G came out to fix my AC, and also Sean J fixed a huge shower leak I had. I highly recommend this company and every single one of these repair men. I hate having strangers in my house, but the moment I met each of them I felt very comfortable, and I learned a lot. They don't just fix things, they educate you on the process and help you prevent future problems.

John M. with Dial One Sonshine did a great job repairing our kitchen sink plumbing and disposal on May 22. He arrived on time, assessed the problem quickly, outlined the work that was needed to be done and estimated the cost. He had the parts needed and began repairs promptly. He worked straight through and finished the job to our satisfaction. We also asked John to check our Htg/AC/Water Heater and he identified a potential problem with the AC system. Again, he assessed the problem quickly, presented an estimate and installed the part quickly. John is a true professional and we will ask for John the next time we need service from Dial One Sonshine. We strongly recommend John M. and Dial One Sonshine if you want quality work at a reasonable price performed quickly and efficiently.

We've been using Dial One for a few years for many reasons. They are prompt, clean, knowledgeable and direct. We recently had a toilet replaced and urinal flushed. Trevor and Tyler had everything removed, replaced, cleaned and fixed with 860 minutes! Great work ethic!!

Gary B. was supper helpful & friendly! The prices were reasonable and I was SO happy he was able to repair our water heater. We saved at least $1,250 by having this repaired instead of replaced. I will be using this company from now on! Thank you Gary & Sonshine Plumbing!!

John McEwen and his assistant were very professional. Arrived on time and completed the work very quickly. I would recommend his company again.
Tyler M. sealed off the inside vents to prevent contamination. He inspected the 26-year-old ducting system in the attic and found asbestos. A third-party asbestos abatement company came the next day and removed the asbestos. Tyler is a conscientious, courteous, and hard-working young man.
If anyone needs an air conditioning service, I hope they choose Dial One Sonshine. I have never been disappointed with their service. Everyone I've spoken to at Dial One Sonshine has been professional, kind and polite. I always ask for Ruben M to service our heater and air conditioner. Recently, we needed a new air compressor. Ruben was able to replace the air compressor in a timely manner. The scheduler cleared Ruben's appointments so he could replace the broken compressor. Call Dial One Sonshine, you will be happy that you did.

John and Tyler showed up exactly as scheduled and were very knowledgable and efficient in making the needed repairs. They were professional, curteous and friendly and I was very comfortable with their work. I will use them again when the need arises and would recommend them without reservation.
Called for a water leak in my kitchen at 8am. Gary B. showed up by 9:15!! Very quick evaluation of the problem. Gave a quote with senior discount. Got to work right away, found the source and fixed it. Great attitude, service and Professional. I will use them from now on!!
We were very pleased with the work, professionalism, carrying personality of our Service Technician Gary Brands. He was very helpful in explaining everything and paying great attention to keeping things clean as possible. He also made helpful suggestions in caring for our root system to help avoid major future problems. We would be very pleased to recommend Gary, as well as his assistant Steve, who helped the second day. The other thing that pleases us, is giving business to fellow believers in Christ. I was overjoyed to finally have two wonderful and thoughtful plumbing technicians to service my home. Both John and Tyler were extremely nice and explained everything in simple terms. I actually learned something from the two of them. They took their time and made sure I was happy with the service. I decided to sign up for routine heating and air service because I was so pleased with the work they performed as well as their pleasant attitudes overall.
