I have been a customer of Dial One Soneshine for many years. They are the designers of my current HVAC System. With annual maintenance, we enjoy perfect interior temperature all of the time. This company is honest and does not take any shortcuts. The service professionals that come to my house are very polite and have a great work ethic. This time it was JUAN S. who made a service call for the Heater and he was very professional and went out of his way to make sure everything was working perfectly for the upcoming winter. He also answered questions regarding my thermostat. The work that is usually performed is mainly in my attic and I am careful who may go in my attic, as there are so many things that can go wrong there. With Dial One Sonshine, damage to my property is not even an issue at all. If you are seeking long term quality and service, DIAL ONE SONSHINE is the number one choice.

I have lived in my home for over 40 years and Eric Y was the best plumber I have ever used. He was super knowledgeable and his work was quick, efficient and clean. He was able to solve a problem that others could not. I had been told a shower part had been discontinued but he found it and was able to fix it without tearing apart the shower. His assistant Tyler was also excellent. Also , talking to Melinda on the phone made scheduling easy. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Had some issues with my HVAC system and John Renteria came out on 2 occasions to help with the problems. He was great to work with, extremely knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing in detail so that it all made sense.

John McEwen was my visiting technician. Wow! What an education I received from him! He was so generous with his wisdom and experience and taught me how to open my vents to obtain best use of the air conditioning unit. He was fair, honest and educational and I felt an immediate bond as he explained everything to me while making me feel respected and intelligent (even though I have no clue!). He didn't hold back with what he thought was the best treatment for my AC unit but he also layed out options with both their detriments and beneifts. I felt like I had a real knowledge of how the units work and how to better use them to save money on my monthly bills. Ask for John...he won't let you down!

First rate company, service and employees! All of people I dealt with in-office and field: Dean, Melinda, Dustin, Saeng and Frank were all friendly, professional and efficient. I cannot comment on the AC replacement as it was just installed today...but it's working/cooling like a charm now! With regard to price, I also cannot comment on how price competitive they are as I am not the homeowner and did not secure other proposals. Everything else described in the almost-unanimously positive ratings and reviews of others were demonstrated and evidenced as true plus some! Saeng and Frank arrived on time, prepped their areas of work, took to task in a timely manner and were gone sooner than I anticipated...with no trace in sight that they had ever been here. I highly recommend Dial One Sonshine and would look no further. What can I say...they were great!

What can I say but AWESOME service--- every time. We came home late Saturday evening to no A/C. On a whim, I called on Sunday morning at 7, hoping to leave a message. THEY ANSWERED THE PHONE! At 8:05AM I received a call for scheduling. By Monday at 4:00PM we have our A/C running again. The office calls and updates as to their eta, asked us who we would like to service our unit . I can't say enough about these folks. When they are here, they are friendly, share their knowledge, explain what they are doing, make recommendations, etc. Keep up the great work!
