John McEwen was my visiting technician. Wow! What an education I received from him! He was so generous with his wisdom and experience and taught me how to open my vents to obtain best use of the air conditioning unit. He was fair, honest and educational and I felt an immediate bond as he explained everything to me while making me feel respected and intelligent (even though I have no clue!). He didn't hold back with what he thought was the best treatment for my AC unit but he also layed out options with both their detriments and beneifts. I felt like I had a real knowledge of how the units work and how to better use them to save money on my monthly bills. Ask for John...he won't let you down!

First rate company, service and employees! All of people I dealt with in-office and field: Dean, Melinda, Dustin, Saeng and Frank were all friendly, professional and efficient. I cannot comment on the AC replacement as it was just installed today...but it's working/cooling like a charm now! With regard to price, I also cannot comment on how price competitive they are as I am not the homeowner and did not secure other proposals. Everything else described in the almost-unanimously positive ratings and reviews of others were demonstrated and evidenced as true plus some! Saeng and Frank arrived on time, prepped their areas of work, took to task in a timely manner and were gone sooner than I anticipated...with no trace in sight that they had ever been here. I highly recommend Dial One Sonshine and would look no further. What can I say...they were great!

What can I say but AWESOME service--- every time. We came home late Saturday evening to no A/C. On a whim, I called on Sunday morning at 7, hoping to leave a message. THEY ANSWERED THE PHONE! At 8:05AM I received a call for scheduling. By Monday at 4:00PM we have our A/C running again. The office calls and updates as to their eta, asked us who we would like to service our unit . I can't say enough about these folks. When they are here, they are friendly, share their knowledge, explain what they are doing, make recommendations, etc. Keep up the great work!

I had my AC serviced and was given some valuable information on its maintenance and care. John provided me with very courteous service and was willing to answer any questions I had. About 8 years ago when Dial One Sonshine installed my AC system, John installed a Safe-T-Switch in the water overflow line. Last week the AC would not go ON. John and Tyler came by to check on the problem, fortunately the Safe-T- Switch worked to turn the AC off and to prevent flooding on my hardwood floor. They saved me some money for floor replacement and stress. I can always depend on Dial One Sonshine and their expert technicians.

John M. was my service man and did a great job of telling me what had to be done and what should be done when I can. He not only fixed the air conditioner, but also explained to me the best ways to set the timing and other points.

Shawn and company were incredibly speedy, efficient, courteous, and informative. When issues with our sewage line caused nasty flooding in our home, Shawn arrived promptly and continued to assist us over a period of several days until all related plumbing issues were fully resolved. Until I dealt with Shawn and Dial One, I had never dealt with either a tradesman or company with such skill and devotion to customer satisfaction. Received great service on very short notice. Came home in evening to AC being out. Call others, couldn't come for 2 days. Called Sonshine and showed up before noon next day (during a heat wave). Let us watch while he checked components and explained what he was doing and why. Told us what components were bad, the costs, and how long to fix. Installed and waiting till house cooled down. Checked furnace, filter, and other areas to confirm our AC would work at maximum efficiency (for an older model). Due to age of unit, we also signed up for maintenance. Very pleased with service and good attitude from Technician (John M).

John and his son Tyler is great. Very upfront and honest with their service. Not only they came out and fixed our A/C problem but also educated and gave me some guidance/tips on how to keep our units running smoothly and lasting. There are still some work needs to be done but they fixed the main issue, which is the capacitor replacement. I would highly recommend John and his son Tyler. They are truly professional.

John and Tyler did a great job when servicing our roof unit. John suggested that I add a starter kit for my unit and I was hesitant at first, but he assured me that it will prolong the life of the condenser. He even sweetened the deal for me. I have known John for over 10 years and he is like family when he visits. Give him a raise Dave!!

Great Service . . . went way beyond what was required. Cleaned air conditioner expertly, as scheduled. He then changed ceiling bulbs, moved refrigerator and cleaned underneath, none of which was requested in advance. John is knowledgeable and friendly. He always seeks to do the very best job he can. Really benefits the company's image.
