It was a delight to meet this man that my lady friends told me about. He was so helpful and not pushy as one might expect a salesman to be. The store was warm and welcoming.

I had never visited Eddie at his prior store and was sent to see him by a fellow teacher. Inadvertantly I called the store he was at prior and was shocked by the rudeness and questionable comments made about this man. I found Eddie at his new store and was very impressed by his entire demeanor as well as his staffs. They did not feel bothered by the nastiness of his uncle (his former store was with his uncle) to the contrary he actually said he felt sorry for him and his issues. That said he won me over. He was knowlegible about his craft and helped me to redesign my wedding and engagement rings into a fashionable ring.(my husband passed away 2 years ago).I will cetainly recommend this fine man to anyone who is looking to have jewelry work done, he is sincere and honest and I am impressed by his character.

Twenty Five plus years ago I wandered into John Greenan & Sons Jewelery Store and had never gone any where else since. Most always dealt with Eddie, who ALWAYS treated us with such respect and professionalism, which kept us coming back for more. We really did not want to deal with anyone but him for many reasons. He has made us feel like family over the years, gone through many ups and downs with us, and we with him. We have purchased many items and always been thrilled with the care Eddie has provided.We are thrilled he has branched out on his own, you will not find anyone, more honest, with more integrity or willing to go the extra mile to please you. He is the best anywhere, and we wish him well.

I must share my recent positive experience at Eddie Greenan Jewelers. My mother passed away after a long illness and left me with some of her jewelry. One of her necklaces was broken and I wanted to wear it to the services. Eddie spoke with his goldsmith and was able to do the repair while I waited. Still in grief I found myself sharing with the young lady there stories about my mother, and in kindness she listened and even made me a cup of tea. I left there feeling better, strange to say I went in knowing no one there and left feeling like I knew them.I will be back, its nice to have that feeling of being welcomed.

Shortly after moving to Springfield in 1994 we met Eddie Greenan when he was working with his uncle Walter at John Greenan and Sons, Inc on Backlick Rd. Eddie was very personable and likable young man, but it was his honesty, integrity, impeccable taste and attention to detail that turned us into loyal customers of John Greenan and Sons, Inc. For some time when we stopped in to see Eddie we were always told, "He's not in today", and we thought nothing of it figuring that he had the day off or perhaps he was at one of their other stores. Recently we noticed a brand new brightly lit JEWELRY sign in Springfield Plaza. We drove by the store and saw "Eddie Greenan Jewelers, Inc" on the window and we knew why Eddie wasn't in every time we asked for him at uncle Walter's store. The other day we stopped by John Greenan and Sons, Inc and asked for Eddie just to see what they would say and we received the same, "He's not in". It's a shame that they wouldn't be honest with us.

Have known this young man for many years - his integrity and straight-forwardness have won our family over many times through the years. I have two daughters and a Mom that have shopped and always we head to Eddie for referrals, recommendations, pricing
