We have owned our house for 3 years now and started with another company in the area and wasn't pleased with the service. So we called Radco 2 years ago and anytime we have an issue Rob and the guys come out diagnose, explain and fix the issue while also giving good preventative maitenance advice. We have also since started using them for our washer and dryer issues as well. I would recomend these folks to almost anyone

We first contacted RADCO two summers ago when the a/c in our cat sanctuary died. Rob came out and assessed the situation. The compressor was shot. RADCO donated a used unit and kept it going for two years with barely any charge to us. Rob told us then that we should start looking toward getting a new one - and now, 2 years later, we are there. Rob is going to install a new $5,000 job for us at $2,500. Why? He and Amanda have a heart for animals and they do all they can, which for The Little Cats' Rescue, has been quite a lot over the last 2 years!

Radco is a terrible company. I wouldn't recommend Radco to anybody that I know they sent their first guy out for my refrigerator freezer the service man didn't look at nothing in it, automatically said it was the switch, was here about 25 minutes and charge me $304 and athrefrigerator still did not work. They sent out a second guy the second guy actually took my refrigerator part and check things and said it was a compressor and probably not the switch and told me to repair the compressor would be 650+ tax. So I called up Sears for a second opinion, and Sears said after they took a refrigerator are part and looked at the inside that it was to compressor and probably not the switch just like the second guy from Radco said. Sears installed the new compressor with the switch that came with it and now it's working fine. When I talked to the owner one of the owners he was rude, very unprofessional, wouldn't even let me talk to him and him, he hun up on me twice. When I talked to the secret

Moved here in 08' and my new AC/Heat broke down in 12'. Could not get the first company I had had out to check my unit so called Radco. They were out there same day. Unit had been installed incorrectly so they fixed it. Said the other company should have caught that. I bought their 2 yr. (every 6 mo. checkup) warranty and just had them in for the first check. Everything went well and they fixed a couple of problems before they got worse. Showed me the parts and explained them to me. So far I am happy with my service. Oh, and again they showed up the day I called for service. Can't beat that!

Wanted credit card before they would come out (my first mistake). Ended up paying $100 for a $80 service call because of part research time?? Did not come out two different days as stated they would. Lucky to get some of the deposit back after verbal exchanges. Went with another company. Buyer beware!
I called Radco concerning my Carrier Air Unit I had two other companies out to my home previously for the same problem and they just couldn't seem to fix it properly and didn't want to honor there work I was putting good money after bad. I called Radco and explained to them my situation they were very sympathetic and had a Technician out at my home the same day. The Technician explain to me that he couldn't understand how other companies weren't getting the repair right I actually felt taken advantage of by the other companies. Radco had my air unit fixed and running properly within a short period of time. They even offered me a Maintance plan at a special rate. Radco presented themselves as very proffessional people in the buisness. I would deffinatly call them again for any of my needs they will always have my buisness.
