Was having problems late afternoon and they came out that evening. I like the fact they are available almost any hour. Took care of the problem right away and gave us estimates prior to work. Very friendly and worked with us on fixing our problem. Would recommend them if you are having A/C or heating problems.

I have been using Radco for 10 years now and have never had a problem. Woke up to a hot house this morning, called around 10:30 am. Jeremy was here in under an hour, fixed the air and we were cool by noon. They have worked on our stove and frig too. Jeremy was very polite and knowledgeable, My air was repaired in a timely manner on a Saturday night, although a bit pricey it was worth it, especially here in Florida.

Thanks to RADCO I was not without air long on this hot, hot summer day. With the heat the way it is and the high humidity my A/C not working was the last thing I needed today. I flipped through the phone book and saw an ad from RADCO which was quite appealing and when I called the office staff was MORE than informative. The technicians were on time, and very professional. The price to fix my air conditioner was very reasonable and they had my up and going in no time. STAY AWAY from this company. Ask any other AC company and they will role their eyes and say "I don't like to talk bad about other company's but Radco..." Wished I had googled them before calling them. Really bad BBB rating and check Ripoff report and we had an exact same scenario as a report on Ripoff Report...oil leak except they wanted to charge us $2000 for a used compressor or $5500 for a no name a/c unit. Called owner to discuss and she says "We didn't socialite your business" and quickly goes on the defensive instead of taking care of the issue Stay away....you have been warned.

We are very pleased with the services of Radco technicians, Rob & Keith. They arrived promptly to provide a 2nd opinion of our air conditioner issues. They fixed the problems the same day and our air conditioner has been working fine.
