Poor customer relations; would not recommend. Never answers phone. Doesn't even have an answering machine! Says "Walk ins Welcome" but every time I swing in it's closed even though I arrive within the hours open noted on the door. They cover themselves by saying "hours may change with no notice". VERY ANNOYING! I'm done.

My Boxer and two Pugs have been repeat Customers of Paws R Us for some time now, and they have no complaints. The New location on Cedar Swamp road is very convenient for me. There is nothing but Great service. The owner is very Professional, Friendly, kind and very considerate towards your dogs needs and does a wonderful job. My dogs look great. They enjoy Paws R Us so much, I even take them to visit prior to there appointments. Highly Recommended !
