Zpup is now under new ownership I received a post card in the mail announced the ownership change and a 10% off coupon for my next visit. The new owner and head groomer was very nice... She took time out to introduce herself and go over exactly what I wanted for my pooches haircut. They added some cute things to the front lobby and all the new staff seems much friendlier then the old staff! I will def be back and was very happy with the service! And the cute bandana!

Horrific experience! The owner and front desk girl are haughty and mean. On my first visit they insisted on scheduling my appts for the next 8 months. I had to cancel on month 3 because my dog got very sick from food they insisted I buy from them. When I brought her in the next month they said she was a mess and they had to shave her bare. They presented me with a form to sign saying if they cut her multiple times they cant be held accountable. I said I didn't feel comfortable and took my dog home. I combed out the few matts myself. She looks great and even fell asleep while I was combing her. They are only concerned with making money and doing the bare minimum to get it. They are very sneaky trying to get you to think you have to buy only their food and have to take your dog to them every month. After $900 of vet bills and $300 at their store.. we are done!

I used to go to ZPup but not anymore. Last week, the clerk was so incompetent in processing the $131.00 purchase I made with stamping the $10 off purchases card. She tried to compensate for her incompetency by offering me $10 off my next purchase, the dog grooming. Today, when I went in for my dogs grooming, another clerk dragged my dog my the leash, a 12 lb peak-a-poo, to the grooming room. She stated that I hadn't been there in a year. I was still in the store, listening to her tell the owner, this & I piped in that I was in not too long ago. They showed me their card they keep to prove that it had been over a year. When she checked the computer, it was two months ago, that I had bene there. Their customer service is awful. Pompous and rude the owner gave me my dog back and threatened to call the police on me because I wanted my $10 back on the money they owed me from their previous screw up. WARNING--don't take your dog there. They are awful. They only care about themselves.
