This business is by far the most worst and biggest schematic places that I have ever encountered. These owners and employees will say anything to make a dollar. They do not own up to their guarantee of satisfaction or any offers that they advertise. After the first harsh, painful, teeth whitening session, my teeth were white only for a few days and seemed to turn into a darker light brown color. My teeth and gums hurt for weeks. The owners offered zero consolidation or suggestions. They told me I would have to pay a $75.00 consultation fee just to talk about my concerns regarding my teeth. When I went to my dentist he warned me about "Whiten Up" stating that many patients had been visiting him complaining about irreversible tooth damage and pain from this particular business. The products, sessions, and their guarantee are extremely phony!

The tech was nice and listened to my concerns. I have exposed dentin on several of my teeth. So I had fairly sever generalized pain and sensitivity to both temperature and pressure. It's better today, thank god! My gum line is noticeably whiter. the color of my teeth are more evened out. I'm moderately satisfied.
