Every step of the procedure was described in detail and there was much discussion about how the typical process goes. I am extremely confident in the work that I will have done, I just need to get some finances in order before beginning the process.

i have had 3 other procedures at other facilities. This by far has been a much better experience. Dave - was great and was available 24/7. Dr. Shelly knows what he is doing and it is obvious he is deeply experienced and knows exactly what he is doing. I must say that once i was numb, it was easy. there was discomfort and pain with the numbing process but nothing i could not handle. His staff is courteous and friendly and accommodating. Not sure i will need another procedure, but if i did, i would be back here in a second! Now i just have to wait for the results. i'm very satisfied and would recommend Dr. Shelly Friedman to anyone looking to get a hair transplant

Just had the surgery yesterday, so I haven't seen the results yet, but I've gone from nervous about the procedure to really excited to see the final results. The staff answered all my questions from the first visit. They never pushed me to make a decision, and once I was ready they were there to help out. Everyone was delightful the day of the surgery and they made me feel very comfortable. Most importantly though, during the 8 hours we were together, it was clear that the entire staff working on my procedure was 100% focused on nothing but my results. This includes Dr Friedman, who was laser focused on me. Knowing that he has done this 15,000+ times, I knew I was in good hands.

This has been a high-end VIP experience from the time I first previewed the website through the end of the surgical process. Every employee I encountered was highly competent and pleasant.
