One of the dishes brought to the table was not what I had ordered, so I sent it back. The owner said it would be taken off the credit card at the end of the evening. When I got my credit card statement in the mail, I spotted that it not only had not been taken off, but that someone went into the credit card machine later that evening and charged an additional $20 to my card. The dish I sent back did not cost $20, ruling out the possibility of them making a mistake in charging rather than deducting that dish from my account. I called the restaurant to discuss this and the owner denied that this was possible. Finally, I went in with the proof of my statement and receipt from the evening. She hesitantly took the additional charge of $20 off but did not take off the charge of the food that was never deducted. I had to go through the proof with her again before she would remove the charge of the food. It was the restaurant's folly, yet they treated me as though I was in the wrong.

Delicious - imaginative food. Darwin is a genius!

After being treated so horribly by two servers, we spoke with management and were told that they did not believe that their servers would have been rude to us. No apologies were offered and they did not seem to care at all about the possibility of losing future business. All six of the people in our party will never return to that restaurant after being mistreated and ignored by the servers & management.
