Dr van den Berg was recommended to us by a friend and we were so glad she told us about him. He is a very thorough orthodontist and is very easy to understand the step by step process. My daughter who is 12 years old had no problems whatsoever in wearing invisaligns, taking them off and on was a breeze. First day took a little bit of practice though, after that it was so easy.
