Great company very professional, Showed up in a presentable uniform, even had "shoe covers" which I did not expect. after going into the attic he took time to pick up every piece of insulation that fell. I feel it was well worth the cost and time.I received the home inspection report onsite that he printed right in my new driveway. Discovered issues I would have never found myself. Thanks Certainty

Very Friendly and took the time to walk around the home and discussed each issue with me and told me how to correct several issues, I was very impressed by how informative Mr. Troutman was. My last home inspector didn't even bring a ladder and didn't go into the crawl space. "Certainty" is a proper name for this company.
