After seeing several spiders in our home, we called to make an appointment to have our home sprayed - we especially wanted to have this done before the weather got cold. As we have small children at home and I wanted them out of the house during and after the application of the chemicals, I made an appointment for the following week, so that I could schedule a time when the house would be empty. We wanted them to come earlier, but I understand about scheduling so that was not a big deal.



On the day of the service, they were supposed to show up at 9:00, as my family was going to be out all morning - in addition, they were supposed to call and let me know when the service was complete. When I didn't hear anything by 12:30, I called the office to follow up. At that time, I was told that the service was complete and it was safe for my family to enter the house... So I called my wife to tell her that she could come home...



At 1:00, my wife comes home and thinks that the house has been sprayed. Shortly after she got home, they pull up in the driveway to start spraying - more than 4 hours late. Not only was I lied to, but my family still had to be around freshly applied chemicals!!!



The whole experience was extremely unprofessional - I understand that things come up during the course of business, but a simple phone call would have worked wonders...
