Over the course of my career I've dealt with dozens (and dozens) of developmental- technical support departments. As I've primarily been in a production role, I've required very quick responses, intelligent thinking and problem solving, and efficient solutions -- unfortunately all too often I have not gotten the support needed in a timely or thoughtful manner (if I got any support at all...). Michaels support, on the other hand has quite frankly been amazing. Michael has isolated and fixed the issues that directly affected or bottom line.
