Fantastic buying experience. Just purchased a new 2013 Escape (so awesome!!!) from Frank Roman at FUTURE FORD. He worked for over 5 HOURS trying to locate the exact one I wanted. Everything was efficient, easy and the staff is friendly and professional. Couldn't ask for a better experience!
Paul Hornick at Future Ford of Sacramento took value in the little time I had to buy a car. My wife is sick and needs full attendance which limited my time to leave for a longer time and we all know what a long process it can be. Paul was fast, clear and on top of things. We stopped to get gas at the Chevron station on Madison last night on the way up to Tahoe from Marin. The alternator on our Pacific failed as we started the car up. We had enough juice in the battery to make it over the freeway overpass to the service department of your dealership. We then rented a car at the airport and continued on up to Squaw. Eric in your service department has been great. He fit us into the service queue this morning even though they were slammed. He is going to fix the problem and leave the keys with your sales team so we can pick the car up tomorrow after skiing on the way back down the mountain. Hes been a pleasure to work with and is a great representative of the flawless customer service that I remember so well from working with you so many years ago. Please thank the service team on behalf of Marcia, the kids and I for turning a troubling Friday the 13th experience into an effortless repair that didnt spoil our spring break vacation.

I have owned Three Chevy S-10's with V 6. My truck a Ranger with its 4 cylinder beats them all hands down. I did so much research before I bought and found for me there is only one truck: MY FORD RANGER! The service I have received is excellent, I have always been informed of the work performed and then Eric came over to see me as I said he kept informed and treated me like his best friend NOW where do you see that! But there is more also...Stan and the young Gentleman walking me through all of the Financing. For once in my life I had a knowledgeable person explain everything and answer every question! What a Team! I am very pleased and I thank you.

I always wanted a brand new Mustang so when the opportunity arose I went straight to Future after hearing rave reviews from my boss who also loves Fords. I had an issue with a salesman, he was just too outgoing for me not a real problem, but I just wanted find my new baby and take it home ASAP. I went to lunch and came back again for a different guy who was way down to earth and knew his cars and his inventory. He gave me five different prices on their Mustangs they had and showed me exactly what I asked for, blue tooth, leather etc. I promptly realized that it was way out of my budget and stepped up to a base Mustang. Im very happy with my purchase and anyone looking for a Mustang come here!

The parts department has really good customer service help me find a part for my car so I could get back on the road the same day I just wish the parts where little cheaper but knowing I have a quality part is good to know thanks parts department

My sisters, friends and family all drive Fords..they are good reliable cars and we all got our cars there and we come here to get them fixed .They have EXCELLENT customer service..the ppl there are always attentive and polite and the manager there is always helpful and kind.they provide free shuttle service which is pretty cool and convenient

I recently visited future Ford of Sacramento and was pleasantly surprised to be assisted by a woman salesperson, Pamela whitehead was both friendly and knowledgeable . She was able to appraise our vehicle and find the erect replacement for us, we love our new Fusion . Thank you Pamela and Justin you are great!!!

My husband and I were looking for an Escape for over a year. We found Future Ford of Sacramento and worked with Brandon Briggs. They were extremely helpful, personable, and gave us a great deal. We chose Future Ford over every other Ford dealership in the area. Can't say enough wonderful things about the company and Brandon. Highly recommended!!

Overall, an excellent experience. Great service and the parts were in stock. We are even considering bringing our truck for service from Morgan Hill! 2 1/2 hours away but well worth it.

Frank Roman was the reason we chose Future Ford of Sacramento. He was knowledgeable, considerate and attentive to our needs and desires. The sales person conducted the demo. He was knowledgeable and comfortable with the Synch feature. He clearly explained the Synch features and had me synch my phone while he provided instructions which I appreciated. It helped me learn the process so I could successfully synch other family phones at home.

The people. They were amazing! Both Jim's, Stan and Shane went above and beyond for me and I appreciate it. The only person who had an attitude was Alex in finance. He could use customer service classes from the other four gentlemen!

We went through the demonstration and the loading of my phone information I was helped a lot, but I'm still a little slow. Amaru said that I could come back any time and they would go through it whenever I wanted.
