      The Rappaports are the best in the lower 48. After years of looking for a trustworthy piano mechanic(?), I found two! My Steinway has never sounded better and I do mean never. Since they specialize in concert grand and grand pianos (especially the older models), I found it very easy to talk with them and they are very clear in explaining a problem(s) regarding what and why certain repairs were needed.....oh, and they were very fair in pricing.
