My husband has had nothing but bad luck with his astigmatism. I read a bunch of great reviews and was excited to make an appointment for him. Everyone seemed really nice but when we got the bill, we knew why. Then they said it would take two weeks to receive his glasses even though the ones he had on were cracked. We waited patiently. When they came in he called three days later to get them adjusted as he had no peripheral vision and cannot see at all when he tilts his head in the slightest. He has gone through plenty of prescription changes and knows when something is wrong. He called to come in and they said the doctor would not see him for a week and to call back later. Well, after waiting patiently again, he called and they said she couldn't see him for two weeks!! He has constant headaches and nausea, can hardly see and they could care less! We think we are going to return the glasses and stop payment through the credit card company. They have really shown that being pleasant and actually caring do not go hand in hand!! Terrible!!

My family has been seen by Dr. Weinick for our annual exams for the past three years and find her very professional, helpful, and very educated in her field. My husband has a very difficult prescription for contacts as he has severe astigmatism, but Dr. Weinick was very thorough and patient in finding him just the right prescription. I wear both contacts and glasses, depending on what look I am going for and she has some of the best brands and moderate-cost frames around. I found a wonderful pair of Kate Spade frames that I absolutely adore. She is also fabulous with children as my 12-year old is always thrilled to get her eyes checked. Wonderful experience all around - Dr. Weinick is just wonderful and I would highly recommend her!
