The rental car process was made very easy by Demo's and the car was ready when they said it woudl be.

Henry is one of the greatest professionals I've encountered in my entire life -- not just as an optician, but ANY professional. He has a sixth sense about what a customer needs.
Several years ago he chose a pair that I thought was too trendy for me. I continued to get compliments on them 12 years afterward -- until I lost them on a plane.
I was severely crippled by the Recession and in particular the real estate collapse and he knew I had kept coming back to get them adjusted. When I finally lost them, he kindly gave me a substantial discount because he knew I had been without glasses for over a month.

I have been a costumer for over 5 years and the staff are courteous. Sometimes the wait can vary from 5 minutes to 30 minutes but I am satisfied with the people once I have their undivided attention.

I've been going to this Pearle Vision for years. The Docs and staff here are very nice and very professional. Also, I can get in and out in a decent amount of time.

I love that they are opened until 7pm and that they are open on Saturdays. A gal like me needs that kind of flexibility with my busy life style and all.

I have been coming to this facility for several years. The doctors are great and the staff are fantastic. During my most recent visit the front office staff went above and beyond to help an elderly individual in and out of the exam rooms. These acts of kindness you don’t see in many settings. The way a staff treats their patients and especially their patients who need assistance speaks volumes about the facility. I highly recommend Pearl Vision in Roswell!

I called yesterday and spoke with Christian regarding my damaged Gucci sunglasses. I told him I would stop by and speak with him to see if they could be repaired. He is the most pleasant person and his customer service on the phone matches his demeanor in person as well.

He wasn't able to repair my shades to perfection but got them to where it was manageable. I appreciate his customer service over anything else.

My husband's insurance changed and so he had to find a new eye doctor in his new networkafter reading reviews here, he made an appointment with Dr. Oifer. Well, he came out of his appointment raving about how he "didn't know an eye doctor appointment could be that good!". All the staff was very friendly and personable, and he felt he was a cared for patient, not a "number". All his questions were answered, and information freely shared about the various exams, etc. We are very happy to have found an eye doctor for my husband that he likes so much!

I am writing in regards to a recent visit to the Pearle Vision located in Roswell on Alpharetta Highway. I could not be happier with my experience. First off, Melissa one of the Dr.'s assistants could not have been more pleasant. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease with the entire process! She was able to answer all of my questions and I felt confident with her responses. When I got to the step where I had to select my glasses, Lauren really ensured I had the best fit for my face. She selected several pairs in different prices ranges so I had a good choice when I sat down, she was not pushy at all! This part is one I have never enjoyed as I feel I look awkward in all glasses. I actually love my glasses and feel attractive in them! This is a rare occurrence for me. A huge thanks to Melissa and Lauren for making this the best eye care experience possible.

My family and I go to this Pearle Vision and LOVE it. The staff is very knowledgable and the technology there is second to none. This Pearle is very busy, but the docotor is very efficient. The selection of glasses is also fantastic. They have frames that I havent been able to find anywhere else. Thanks Dr. O!

I had a very problematic stye that just wouldn't go away. Dr. Oifer and his assistant saw me 4 times trying to help me resolve it and didn't charge me anything. Very kind staff. I will definitely go back to see them for my next eye exam.

I've been going to this pearle vision since I was 12 (30 now). Dr. Oifer is a good doctor, but his staff is what makes the difference to me. The guy in the contact lens room discussed the many options I had for contacts and took the time to explain why some I saw on tv were not necessarily the best for me. The knowledge of the staff at this Pearle is what will keep me coming back for years to come.

I can't say enough good about Dr Oifer & his Perle Vision Center. Great service & will remake any script until is it right for you.

I think most of Roswell uses him for eye care.
