Not only do they do an awesome job when they come out and clean my carpets.. but today they saved me from total destruction! I had a pipe burst under the kitchen sink and within minutes had a third of my downstairs covered in ankle deep water. Monday morning, just before 8am.. what are the chances these guys don't already have a full schedule of things to do? Well, I dont know, but what I do know is once he heard the panic in my voice, he assured me he would come right away. I just got the closets cleaned out and the furniture moved in time for him to come suck out gallons and gallons of water that had seeped under the walls and spread between 3 different rooms! I was so thankful that he came so quickly. Always a smile, always professional, and always reliable to do a great job.
