Only $2.25 for any garment! This place is the best! Everything is done on site! Highly recommended!

Great customer service, good pricing and always ready on time BUT if something is stained or needs spotting they come up lacking. I have received items back with the same stains that I reported when I dropped them off and without any notice that the stain could not be removed or needed additional processing. Will continue to use for regular dry cleaning but will find another dry cleaner for those items requiring special attention.

When it comes to World Class Customer Service there is none greater than Gem and their staff. The unique family atmosphere keeps me as a repeat customer. This is truly a great business with excellent leadership and their service exceeds my expectations Bobby

I have been using Gem Dry Cleaners since they opened as Zip Dry Cleaners. I have never been disappointed with their work or their customer service. I appreciate the E-mail when my clothes are ready to be picked up!

Some of these reviews seem like they come from high prices competitors that are loosing business to Gem. They dryclean any garment for $2.25 each piece which is a fraction of the price most dry cleaners charge. I have been a customer for years (used to be another owner) and rarely had a problem. However since they went to a new computer system the service has been flawless!

Brought 19 suits in to be cleaned on Friday at 4pm and didn't realize because of a weekend they wouldn't be ready until Monday. They actually brought a crew in to clean them and they were ready on Saturday by 4pm. Great customer service and cheapest prices around.

Good service and quality cleaning. The only thing I would change is the archaic manual writing of tickets. That slows everyone down who goes in there. I would love to see an automated system that would eficiently move customers in and out.

Zip Dry cleaners is horrible! I took my things there several times. I have to have my work uniform M-F, so I generally drop it off for cleaning on Friday afternoon and pick it up on Monday morning. The afternoon workers were all pleasant and put special markings to have it done in time, but when my uniform was not ready on Monday morning, the lady told me it was my fault for asking for quick service! On another occasion, they lost my garment and had to run around the entire store looking. Another time, they put a black stain on my white uniform and, once again, said it was my fault. They weren't able to get it out when I left it for an extra two days, but as soon as I got home I easily rubbed it off within 5 minutes. If they had even tried to actually clean my clothes, it would have come out. I do NOT recommend them unless you want your clothes stained, lost, and not cleaned!

I have tried Zip Dry Cleaners several times (about 3 times trying to give them the benefit of the doubt) now and will not go back. The customer service is horrible! My clothes do not receive any better treatment. They have come back looking barely pressed and no cleaner than when I took them. Save your time and money ( because your clothes will need to be recleaned) and go some where else! The only reason I even gave them one star is because you have to select at least one star in order to submit you review.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR THINGS HERE!!! When they damaged my pants, the owner wouldn't take responsibility. She only offered me a $40 voucher to use at her store. Now why would I want to bring more of my things there if they already ruined something and wouln't reimburse me? The owner was rude, unprofessional, and even told me I was interfering w/ her business! Poor customer service!!!

They sent my son's suit to a different location and 2 weeks later they still cannot provide the suit. Not even an apology!!!! This was his only suit and he had to go to Christmas Mass without a suit! I will never use this place again. Manager does not provide the service or the willingness to satisfy the Customer!!!!!!!!!
