this is one of the most horrible places to live, the manager Denise is rude, hateful and doesn't care about anything at all about the tenants or what they need etc. she constantly leaves notes all over the park if you have any tiny thing out of place threatening to kick you out. the harassment is endless and I have heard this from many tenants not just personal experience. I wish I never would have moved here, every time I have gotten a notice I address it right away thinking ok no problem it's done... nope then there will be another notice about something new that's never been brought up in the years I have been here. I'm so tired of it I work hard and bought my home so my family had a place of our own that was afordable but it's never ending stress and drama... and if there is something the park is responsible for on their end it's basically impossible to get then to follow their own rules. I pay my rent and have complied with their notices and it won't stop... whatever you do don't move here you will regret it. before moving in a park ask some residents you see around and see what they say about it, I really wish I had!
