BULL% &*&!!!!!!!! I live in the park. Been here longer than the past 2 managers. The newest managers, RANDY AND MEREDITH FERGUSON along with the park maintenance/week end manager with the aid of his family are the biggest criminals here. They illegally force people out who are not aware of their rights, send them fake evictions papers with fake case numbers with fake court filing stamp dates.. I seem to remember that forging court documents. forged court orders and fake proof of service was a big crime. The homes are supposed to printed in local newspaper, I.E. auction time and date so people have a chance to buy. But no, not these guys. They don't tell anybody and keep and sell the place for their own profit. That seems to be illegal too. In the mean time, They strip off or steal anything from the homes for themselves and blame other people. While thats going on week end manager mother in law robs other homes. Our park has new management sense Oct.2013 .We have seen a big improvement in our park.With drug dealers being kick out ,we have less homeless walking through and less of our things being stolen.Children play in the streets again and you see neighbors talking and a smiles as you drive through the park. People are taking pride in their spaces and things are cleaning up! Its a nice place to live again,with all the stores,movie theater,and 3 restraunts all in walking distance. Good Job! MMHP

There is a problem with the management the maintanance worker Randy has been drinking and driving a golf cart and harassing visitors of residents. There the mgr. Andy is constantly harrasing elderly residents beating on sides of trailers instead of knocking on doors he's harrasing several visitors yells at tenants children one day he says its OK to visit someone and the next its not he welded both access gates to wallmart to slow theft which is not true its only making it impossible for elderly people to go to store the maintance worker Randy slurred "its to keep out the white trash" I'm remaining anonomous but am a respectable citizen who has been kicked out of the park because I was trying to help friend meet inspection expectations while taking sealed trash bags to dumpster as the mgr asked when gate was locked. The very agressuve maintance worker Randy starts yelling at me I was throwing bags over the fence I appologized and went straight to Andy's. The managers and explained what had happened remember I was just trying to help my friend meet standards Andy said he would smooth things over then 20 minutes later he tells me to leave and not come back. Many residents here are having. Problems and dozens have been kicked out this is an average community that were talking about here this community is no different than any other middle class mobile park community and the manager is constantly threatening to call sheriff even asked for my I.d. he tells visitors they can't go anywhere in park without being shapperoned by resident that's absurd. Please take notice property owner and be awhere what's reaally going on here
