when unable to come at the time they specified, they came at my convenience the next day and took $100.00 off the bill. The technician was pleasant and knowledgeable.

Ray was the technician. While he was not able to solve my problem, he was prompt and very helpful in directing me to the correct place. They will be first on my list when I have a problem in their spere of expertise!

Ray Villa did a very professional job in installing my new water heater yesterday - 6/26/2014. He was very courteous and responsive to questions that I'd asked him. He explained the work that he was going to do and the reason why it has to be done that way. He was very thorough and he cleaned up everything when he was done. Great job Ray!

Had a leaky water heater; unit was about six year old. Ben Franklin Plumbing was referred by another plumbing company because they couldn't keep their home appointment at the agreed time. The Ben Franklin dispatcher responded to my call and a service technician came at the schedule time that evening. The service technician was very courteous and professional . Since my water heater was of a different size and he didn't have one in his truck , he came back the next morning and began his work. It took him some time to finish the job but the work look very professional and he made sure that work followed all city codes. There cost is a bit pricey but this include annual maintenance and guaranteed parts and labor if something went bad depending on the length of the service contract purchased.

We called Ben Franklin after a horrible 1 week disaster with another plumbing company we called to clear a stoppage that left sewage leaking out into our front lawn and bathroom shower. They arrived on time, were professional and explained every step and detail including the issues they found with the previous job. Unknown to us, we had a pipe installed without a permit. They fixed all the issues in one day that had plagued us for one week and we passed inspection without issue. I would recommend their service to anyone who'd like straight forward quality work without headaches. Seriously I'd give 10 stars after the hell we went through.

I was very satisfied with the sale and installation of my new water heater. The Sales person was thorough and gave instructions. The installer was very courteous and aware of my personal things in the way of his installation. He was efficient and worked quickly to get me back to normal with my new water heater.

I was very satisfied with the service. Once the appointment was made, I received a call on the day of the appointment indicating that the service personnel would be contacting me. Frank arrived on time and was VERY professional, courteous, and informative. He checked all the fixtures and commented on the workmanship and state of each one. He recommended what updates needed to be done and explained why they needed to be done. He was friendly, cheerful and pleasant to work with.

The price was more than I expected for what was supposed to be an estimate visit, but he had all the equipment to fix the issue. He did a great job, no doubt, but in retrospect the job could have waited, it was that way for years, it could have waited a few more days if not months.

Ben Franklin Plumbing is excellent, gives good and prompt service; have used them several times and will again.

Quick response. Very professional service. Completed a major plumbing repair in a very timely manner. They may not be the least expensive plumbing installation/repair service but they arrive with fully stocked trucks and can take care of just about any issue they encounter. They left the work area very clean and were extremely polite and professional from booking to exit.

He let us know when he'd be arriving and was on time. He was professional and explained what he was doing and why.

Aris seemed smart, communicative, knowledgeable about the water heater, and fixed problems left by the installer. And all free as part of the yearly maintenance. Customer service doesn't get better than this.

I'm happy with Aris and Ray's service. they installed my new toilet and did a wonderful job. Their dispatcher told me that their technician will arrive between 2-5 pm and they showed up around 2 pm. They cleaned the work area after they were done installing the toilet.
