Charles Cleveland has been my attorney sense 2010....it's been a very long and painful time for me but he & his staff have never wavered in helping me with my never ending rants, questions and concerns....as my case is winding down, I know I have been bless to have someone with such dedication to injured workers on my side....No matter the end result I know he has done everything in his power to help me. If you are going through any Workers comp problems you have to contact Charles Cleveland...anyone else will be a waste of your time... And for those who post anonymously...I for one would never take your comments as valid.....you could be another law firm for all I know...Shame on you!

We are a current client of Cleveland & Metz. They came highly reccommended by a family member who is also an attorney. We have to say We areHIGHLY DISAPPOINTED in this law firm. Our calls are NEVER returned! It will take us calling a NUMEROUS of times before we can actually speak to our paralegal or that she returns our calls. The receptionists are rude most of the time. When we ask to make an apt to come in and discuss the status of our case with one of the attorney, we are told they are unavaiable to meet with us. This experience has been a NIGHTMARE! We can't wait until our case is settled and we no longer have to deal with them. We would NOT reccomend this law firm to anyone. We can't believe how this suppose to be "our attorney" is treating us this horrible.
The Law offices of Cleveland and Metz, specifically Charles Cleveland have been so kind, helpful, and professional. I was refered to Mr. Charles Cleveland through a friend of my son. He has answered every question, has made me feel comfortable, and has explained this very confusing process of a workers comp back injury to me. He seems more like a friend than a lawyer. He is calm, funny, and explains things so they are easy to understand. I will recommend him to anyone I meet who has been injured at work. There are a lot of lawyers in southern California, but, I drove all the way from Dana Point just so I could have him as my lawyer! He is amazing! If you want your case handled effeciently and by the best... then call Mr. Charles Cleveland, you will not be dissapointed!

Cleveland & Metz helped me get medical treatment and benefits when the insurance company would not pay them. After my elbow surgery, they got me a good settlement, Im happy with the work they did on my case.
When my husband Russell was in his work accident, our family didn't know what to do. From handling the insurance lady who was calling all the time to getting medical treatment, it was all too much for us to handle. Fortunately, we found Cleveland & Metz. Cleveland & Metz handled everything quickly, professionally and always answered our questions. We were so thankful for Mr. Cleveland's experience and aggressive approach in handling our case. I would definitely recommend Cleveland & Metz to anyone who has a work injury case!

Never having had a need for a work comp attorney, I didn't know quite what to expect. I had heard horror stories from friends who had terrible experiences with TV attorneys who filed their cases in Long Beach or farther away. They were convinced to signup with attorneys who later didn't return calls, messed up documents, or wouldn't meet with them in person. I had quite a different experience. Cleveland & Metz professional staff helped me through the process every step of the way. They were always available whenever I needed them and were able to negotiate a better than expected settlement. Cleveland and Metz se encargo de el caso de compensacin de trabajador y de el accidente de carro y fueron a corte para nuestra familia. I was a typist and data entry clerk for over 15 years when i started getting pain in my wrists and elbows. The company doctor said nothing was wrong with me and sent me back to work. I still had the pain so I hired Mr. Cleveland handle my case. Mr. Cleveland sent me to Dr. Wood who was a great doctor who listened to me and arranged me treatment including a surgery on my left wrist. It was a difficult time for me and my family and Mr. Cleveland's paralegal Naomi was always helpful and understanding. I am very happy with the work they have done so far.

My husband was in a car accident while he was working as a delivery driver. He was driving on sierra ave in Fontana and got rear ended by a truck. Cleveland & Metz handled his work injury case and the car accident case and went to court for our family. Mr. Metz got us a settlement for the car accident and mr. Cleveland got my husband a settlement for the work comp. it was a difficult time for us and they helped us through it. We ere happy with the work they did for us.
My fiance has been having a terrible time with the staff here. The staff here returns calls very late. At first they seem very professional and nice. They lost his mileage records. The staff is unprofessional and passes the blame of mistakes to others with no resolve for the client. Especially Nuemy who is always sick and takes 5 days to return calls and takes long lunches. Amanda loses paperwork and blames staff for not delivering it and doesn't return your calls till 3 days later. Very dismissive ladies. I do not recommend this law firm for your case especially if you are active in wanting to know certain key information and time sensitive docs! Very unfortunate.
I hurt my back at work unloading my truck. The insurance people were giving me the runaround. I hired Cleveland and he got me my disability money and a good doctor. He went to court for me and got a good settlement too.

after firing another non-mentioned atty in popmona who never returned a single phone call, i was recommended to cleveland & metz. i had a difficult case and coming to this firm was the best thing i ever did. i had support whenever i needed and never once received the "run-around." dealing with workers comp insurance companies is never an easy task. i am sure dealing with impatient clients is even more difficult. eventually my injuries healed 7 case ended in success. props to cleveland & metz!
