Dr. Steven Gabel, is a triple board-certified surgeon in Hair Restoration, Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. In addition, Dr. Gabel has been selected by his peers to be a Castle & Connolly rated Top Doctor, and was recently awarded a prestigious 3 year AAAHC accreditation. The AAAHC Certificate of Accreditation demonstrates the Gabel Center's commitment to providing safe, high-quality services to all our patients. He is the founder and medical director of the Gabel Center which is dedicated to natural, permanent hair restoration for men and women of all ages. He specializes in state-of-the-art microscopic ultra-refined follicular unit grafting to achieve the finest results in the field of hair restoration surgery, in fact he is the most experienced surgeon of the Follicular Unit Excision method (FUE Method) in the entire Northwest, with his first surgery dating back to 2004, when that method was still in its infancy. Overall he has been performing hair transplants and restoration surgeries since 2001. In recognition of his cutting edge techniques and outstanding results over 16 years of practicing hair restoration he is a selected member of both the prestigious Coalition of Independent Hair Restoration Physicians and the International Alliance of Hair Restoration Surgeons and is the only physician in the U.S. Northwest who has been invited to join these prestigious organizations. In 2017, he was awarded the James E. Arnold, MD Award for highest score on the national hair restoration board exams. He currently is a director on the board of the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgeons. Dr.Gabel attended and graduated from Loyola University Of Chicago, Stritch School Of Medicine in 1995, and has over 23 years of diverse experience. Dr Gabel and his staff are wonderful to work with. He takes time to understand your needs and is honest in his assessment of what can be done. The Staff support is always friendly, courteous and follows up after care has been provided. I cannot recommend this officer highly enough!
Dr. Gabel and his associates were extremely helpful throughout the process. I felt it was a thoughtful approach to my procedure and was willing to spend as much time as necessary to find exactly what I wanted. Felt very little pressure. After the first consult, I didn't feel pressure to commit - they were just there when I called, ready to get a date locked in. Preparation and the day of procedure was smooth and the office seemed focused on me (vs. doing multiple surgeries in one day) ie. it was my day. Every time I've asked questions, I receive a professional follow up.
Today was my six month follow up appointment with Dr Gabel. I had my FUT hair transplant done back in February 2016. I'm highly satisfied with my hair growth, which is at 65%, and I'm very much looking forward to the next 6 months and more. Dr Gabel has been an exceptional doctor and his team has been outstanding. I highly recommend Dr Gabel.

In the end though it is hard to put into words.I am just happier and feel better when I look in the mirror or see a photo of myself and being happier with ones self is priceless....
I came to the office with a list of questions pertaining to hair loss, medications, and in general what to expect. The detail that Dr. Gabel provided was very satisfactory.
