Established in 1990, elsombrero is a Mexican restaurant that provides a selection of appetizers, soups, entrees and deserts. It serves quesadillas, flautas and taquitos rancheros, nachos, flour tortillas, grilled onions, green peppers, beans and charbroiled chicken and steak fajita meat. The restaurant also provides enchiladas, tacos and burritos. In addition, it serves pork, beef and steak dishes, Mexican rice, salsa and bacon dishes.
