They have been advertising on their menu that they have fresh basil as a gourmet topping, and they charge extra. The fact of the matter is, is that they do not use fresh basil, they use dried basil flakes which are less flavorful and significantly less expensive than the fresh counterpart (yet they still charge the higher gourmet topping price) i have emailed them regarding it and all i get are excuses, and essentially the brush off. I feel they are being dishonest, and it makes me wonder what other ingredients the cheap out on yet charge extra for.

We went to pizza facotry on a Saturday night at 7:15. The chairs were up and seating areas were blocked off. They mopped the floor while people were eating. I had to walk across the wet floor to get to the restroom. We did not feel welcome to stay. If they are open until 9, why are they closing up shop at 7?
