After much research and consideration I chose Dr. Sam to perform my otoplasty procedure. I am so pleased with the results so far. The procedure was a breeze. There was absolutely no pain at all. I Definitely made the right choice.

I went to see Dr. Lam for a consultation different procedures to combat aging I have seen in my face. I have never had any facial surgeries before and was not sure what to expect and had no prior knowledge of what was available. Dr. Lam took the time to explain the procedures he recommended for me as well as educate me on everything from Botox to surgery. It was a surprisingly pleasant experience. No pain. The staff provided a clear expectation which really helped reduce anxiety the day of the procedure. They also prepared me for the period in which my hair would disappear and come back. Now its almost a year and you can hardly tell that I had the procedure. My new hair is still not as long as my old hair but its so natural looking that no one would guess that I had a hair transplant. My eyebrows grow really fast so I have to trim them frequently which is fine with me because I don't have to draw them in everyday. Dr. Lam is focused on natural looking results and that's what i believe I got. I think the hardest part of the last year was waiting for my hair to get long enough that it wasn't sticking out and would lay flat. I used a lot of styling gel. Overall I am glad I did this. It was a good investment. I only wish I had done it sooner.
