Very professional and quick job done by Rich and his assistant. Noticed I needed a new valve and replaced for me as well while he was here. Placed old water heater in a bag to remove, preventing any leakage or mess. Would highly recommend.

This company installs water heaters for Home Depot. Did a nice job of keeping me informed of when installers would be arriving. Installers (Chris G.) were professional and completed installation quickly. Overall from purchase to finish was handled professionally (one minor communication glitch - would have given them 5 stars otherwise).

THIRD TRY AT THIS REVIEW. IF THIS DON'T WORK CALL ME. Water heater broke. Website call after 12:00, install next day.Called later and picked out the water heater.///Next am--permit time. With the help of a very bright and helpful lady in your office I went and picked up the permit. Thank you. Lunchtime the installer an assistant showed up. They did not need me at all. Got right to work, replaceing the water heater and defective parts. Next am inspecter showed up, approved installation. everything working fine. Super nice peoples to do business with and they know the job. I only have one negative comment on everything. labor of replacment parts should have been included in the installation price. Very very overpriced as it is now set up

A special thank to Jesse C for his help to replace my defective HOT WATER HEATER. The water tank was replaced and running properly within 24 hours. Parts that might cause proplems was replace before the inspection. All went well next day with the inspection and a special thanks to a very special lady in acquiring the permit to get this job done.Your crew is fantastic. I believe your price on parts and labor is totally too high for what was done, repair and replacement.

Rich P did a fantastic job reconnecting my sink after a new counter top was installed. He was on time, quick & triple-checked everything. He even checked my water heater when he noticed that the hot water seemed too-hot. Very thorough. Explained what he was doing, answered questions I had about this work as well as offered suggestions and opinions on work I was planning for the future.
