Your sales staff was very helpful, courteous, professional with all our questions and concerns. We are totally dissatisfied with our purchase and delivery people. Our seat cushions were not filled properly. The couch should never have left the factory in this condition. Poorly finished. Delivery people brought my couch into my home unwrapped. The time of delivery was at least 2 hours from when they were supposed to be here. There is more but I am getting more and more upset by the minute. At least your customer service person was very understanding of our situation and will arrange for a new couch to be delivered. Hope this is not an ongoing problem with this couch.

Excellent in every way

If you are looking for quality furniture at good prices we highly recommend shopping at Hudson's Furniture in Pinellas Park. We chose a chair that had to be ordered and then we had to have it held until we returned after Christmas. They handled this efficiently.

It was refreshing to be able to shop for furniture and walk out stress-free with furniture that I love!!!The design consultant, Ricky P, was close perfect. He greeted me at the door, asked me a few questions and then let me browse. He was close by if I had any questions. He was supportive, but not pushy. He is definitely an asset. When I start looking for floor lamps, Hudson will be my first stop and I bet my last.

I love the selection an optionsfor fabrics and style. The shopping experience was almost like working with a decorator. There was a problem when the first fabric I pcked out was discontinued, but afterchanging my order I am happier with the 2nd choice. So it all workedout.

I am delighted to say, this has been the best expierence I've ever had purchasing new furniture. The Sales person was very knowledgeble and the delivery men were exceptional. Hudson's is my only recommendation for future purchases.

Sorry I couldn't answer the delivery questions, as I only ordered my items yesterday. The overall service was excellent. I went in to buy a coffe table and 2 end tables and ended up buying those, a bench, 2 bed end tables, a desk and chair and other items.
