A piston(s) went out on my 2013 ATS on 07-01-2014, on day prior to my holiday Louisiana road trip. Al Harter and the courtesy vehicle representative did a superb job of making sure my vacation went uninterrupted by providing a courtesy vehicle identical to mine as to keep me in my comfort-zone as far as driving three states in an unfamiliar vehicle. Even though it took 2 1/2 weeks to repair my vehicle, my vacation went interrupted and Al Harter was very accommodating and handled the repair professionally.
