There were some mix-ups with the transfer timeline instructions. Important steps like having a full bladder for the transfer were omitted. The head nurse does have a great attitude, though. The portal has improved communication with the staff. The new ultrasound technician Holly is very friendly and patient to answer all our questions. She made us feel very comfortable during the transfer process. Signing the documents electronically was super convenient! Customer service at the front desk could be better.

Dr. Moffitt is the best at what he does. He definitely understands infertility and can narrow down any issues preventing pregnancy. He recommended me to try a donor and I believe that was the best option for me. I will update you again after successful pregnancy test results in the next 2 weeks. Thanks Dr. Moffitt and Team for making me becoming a first time Mama at age 37 :)

Happy to have already had one success with Baby # 1 Monroe and our very excited we got our boy embryo this go around. Staff was great and even helped us with Medication pick up. Very professional and would recommend ARMS to anyone using IVF. Makes sure you do the embryo testing as well. Totally worth it to know if you are putting in your best embryo!!!

great and helpful! Dr. Moffitt has always reasured us no matter what we have come to him with, his willingness to listen to his patiens is no less than amazing. he has helped us start the faily we have always wanted.

We tried fertility treatments with other providers for six years, and had essentially given up. Then we found Dr. Moffitt, who has made our dreams come true with out incredible baby girl. Now we are ready for baby #2!
