Dr. David Caggiano is proud to practice orthodontics in the Parsippany area and serve the community close to where he grew up. Raised in Fairfield, he graduated from West Essex Regional High School. The son of an engineer, he attended New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), where he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor's of Science degree in engineering, a minor in applied mathematics, and a Master of Science degree in biomedical engineering. After working as an engineer for 2 years, he entered dental school, then practiced general dentistry for 7 years prior to being an orthodontist. This background in biomedical engineering helps Dr. Caggiano stay on the cutting edge in his field, where he is known to incorporate technology easily into his practice. Because of this, he was voted to be one of the Best Orthodontists in America, by Orthodontic Products. Utilizing his background in biomedical engineering and 7 years of general dentistry experience, Dr. Caggiano can innovatively solve even the toughest orthodontic problems. In fact, he treats many of the kids of general dentists in the area. He has perennially been voted a top orthodontist in the state by other dentists, as published in NJ Monthly. And he has also perennially been voted a top orthodontist by parent of his patients, as published in NJ Family. Dr. Caggiano is on staff at Morristown Memorial Hospital teaching orthodontics to the dental residents, and belongs to numerous prestigious study clubs.
