Dr. Caggiano and his staff are wonderful! From the first phone call to make the appointment the staff was welcoming. Dr. C with his calming voice and warm smile made both my daughter and myself feel comfortable and part of the "family" if you will. It wasn't ever a chore to make an appointment around my daughter's school and activities schedule with the front desk, they were always willing to work with me. While my daughter was out-of-state at camp she cracked her retainer. When she came home not only did they fit her in quickly for an appointment, but they stayed after the office was closed to fit the retainer once it was ready. There are many orthodontists that I could have taken my daughter to closer to our home, but after meeting Dr. Caggiano and his staff I am glad we chose his practice. You will see that I gave 4 out of 5 stars, not because anything negative, just that I feel there is always room for improvement with all businesses:)

It's been 6 months since my daughter had her braces put on. I felt comfortable with Caggiano Orthodontics from day 1. Many of her friends are in braces or getting them. I have been a patient for Dr. Caggiano for several years. I had my braces on for 2 1/2 years, which has made my smile better then I have ever thought it would be. In the days leading up to the appointment, I was really nervous about getting braces. I knew it would make things difficult for me the first week or so, and I'd also heard all my friends talking about how much they hated their braces. On top of that, my brother had told me that getting them on hurt -- a lot, so I wasn't too sure if I'd be able to handle the pain. But once the day finally came and it was time for me to get my braces on, it wasn't nearly as horrific as I'd anticipated. For one, the staff made me feel really comfortable, and I really appreciate that they continuously encouraged me. Furthermore, throughout the process, they kept explaining to me what they were doing, so I actually felt like I knew what was going on. Also, the process didn't hurt as much as my brother had told me it would, and once it was finally done, I couldn't believe it was over already. Although I know I still have a long time left with braces, at least I know that in the end, it will be for the better

i.e., My son's expander broke in his mouth while in school. The staff gave him an appointment right away the following morning. He then was able to have his 8 week visit that day instead of having to come back the next week when our appointment was originally scheduled. First check-up with my retainer, only need to wear it at night now! Had three people check on me to make sure! I was in and out in 12 minutes. Called in right on time. Whoo hoo - going fast and doing great. "

The experience that I had was amazing. It was great. They explained everthing they were going to do as well as the options that would be right for me. There was only one concern that i had. Every time that I had and appointment i was called in late. The day that I was getting my braces on I was called in 30 minutes later then what my appointment was scheduled for. Overall it was a great experience and a great orthodontist to see.

Appointments are always prompt and quick, but there was a sharp wire left after yesterday's visit and I have an appointment to get it fixed today. Highly recommended because Dr. Caggiano and his staff are great!
