Excellent service. Pickup of my computer from my home was prompt, same for return. Tech set up and explained fully repairs etc. Both individuals were courteous and friendly and computer works better now then when it was new!!!!

Competent, knowledgeable, professional, and personable! Alan and Angela were so responsive to my Dell dilemma. Dell Support did nothing in four tries to resolve a rapid clicking noise on start-up; the last try created yet another problem. Within a week, Alan had the parts, which were covered by warranty, and returned the laptop in perfect condition. This Company cares about people and really knows computers. Having them pick up and return the computer to my home was such a great service. Thank you for caring! Judy
Great service. Quick pickup, repair expedited and computer returned in a week. That included waiting for a part from Dell. People pleasant and courteous. Second time the business has been used by me. Chosen the first time because of the BBB in their ad. Would not hesitate to call them again. Much better than dealing with the computer company despite having a service contract.
The computer went dead & I suspected a power problem on my Compaq Presario. I called and Advanced picked up the computer the next day. The PC passed 7 tests & failed the 8th. They called after putting in a new power supply & they remembered to put in a battery on the CPU Board. Their work was right on target...very professional and very friendly. They spent some additional time explaining some future system improvements that I should make and brought the computer back on the next business day.After some horrible experiences with the GEEK SQUAD (which resulted in their replacement of my Notebook at their expense), I will call ADAVANCED the next time there is a problem.Patrick Rossello

Excellent Service!! I give them 5 stars.My Laptop quit working after the last rain storm. I called for comparitive rates and read BBB reviews for 3 other repair shops, including the retail store, before choosing them. The person who scheduled my service appointment was very nice. A well dress woman arrived that afternoon to pick up my laptop. She was both punctual, articulate, and polite. The pickup was FREE ( I liked that) and they didn't require payment until after the work was completed. (another bonus) She promised it would be fixed in 3 days. By the next morning I received a call saying it was fixed!! I've been testing it out, and sofar everything looks and runs great!It didn't cost much and I feel it was alot cheaper than buying a new laptop.I'm VERY satisfied, and would definitely use them again should the need arrise.

in my opinion, way overpriced and took FOREVER! Dont go here. They held my laptop for 4 weeks and I got it back and it still has issues.
Simply put, Advanced Computer was great! My Dell Laptop was locking up and freezing inexplicably, but functioned in safe mode. I ran every utility I had, checked for viruses, etc., but nothing I did could solve the problem. I called Dell under my service contract and they only proposed reinstalling Windows - at the loss of all the data and programs already installed. That would have taken a week of my time to do, and would not have fixed what was wrong to begin with. Advanced Computer came to my house, picked up my computer, diagnosed the problem, kept all my data and programs intact, and delivered my system back - sitting down with me to set up the boot process to eliminate the source of the problem. Their fee was well worth it, especially compared to the value of my time, or the price I paid another time to rebuild my system. They were customer friendly, explained things clearly, and best of all, fixed the problem affordably - note: they FIXED the problem! Highly recommended!
I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED AT MY HOME. ALLEN AND NICOLE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL ,COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY. IT TOOK THEM ONE HOUR TO GET MY COMPUTER WORKING.I HAVE HAD A NEW COMPUTER FOR FOUR MONTHS AND I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO USE IT, I'VE BEEN CALLING DELL FOR FOUR MONTHS. THEY HAVE NOT BEEN HELPFUL AT ALL. I'VE SPENT HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH DELL AND IT'S BEEN VERY FRUSTRATING.WHEN YOUR STAFF FIX MY COMPUTER, IT WAS LIKE CHRISTMAS, I WAS HAPPY, AND ALL THE FRUSTRATION WAS GONE INSTANTLY. I work in a small law firm and when our technical capabilities are shut down, we have got to get things back up and running smoothly. The staff at ACTS is always accessible to us and they have helped our office get through technical disruptions without missing a beat. I rate the company six stars!

I'm a technically challenged senior citizen using my computer for research and writing. A power surge destroyed my monitor and my hard drive. Terrified I would lose five years of work I didn't know how to back-up, I called Advanced Computer Tech Support. Alan and Nicole came out to my office, made a preliminary assessment and gave me four options to choose from. I replied saving my work was my first priority, saving money was secondary. They promised to have me back on line by nightfall, and when they returned to my office later that afternoon, they brought with them everything needed to replace my ruined Dell monitor and the harddrive in my console. While Alan worked his magic, Nicole questioned me to make sure I understood and that all the familiar things I relied on to do my work would be on the computer. They had me back on-line well before midnight at a fraction of the cost I expected to pay. They have earned my trust and respect, and I recommend them wholeheartedly.
It is an eye opener to find people like those at Advanced Computer Tech Support who are knowledgeable, easy to understand and very professional in their line of business. They have helped Interstate Sales Company better understand Quick Books and other softwares, to better service our Customers.

Extremely friendly to you, but firm and assertive with customer service representatives from companies (hardware, software, Internet providers, whatever) that make a habit of wasting customers' time.
