This experience is one we didn't expect to be a wonderful as it has been. Before coming to Docere, we felt defeated and were unsure of what to do next. But from the first touch point, they were fast about getting back to us with any questions we had, the conversations were detailed and all of the staff were amazing.
Dr. Potts facilitated the therapy but Dr. Adelson made the choice to attend. The level of care, attention, effort and more has been absolutely amazing. They made a point of working to put themselves in patients shoes the best they could. The option to keep my body in working order with all the original parts....priceless. Absolutely grateful for them and this therapy.

My expectations have been met. I look forward to positive results. I like the approach of providers and the staff overall.

It was very important to them that I understand the procedure and have realistic expectations. I had a great experience thus far with the staff and clinic. The only one thing I would mention is I didn't have a good feeling of how long I might need to hang around post procedure. Other than that everything else has been perfect.
