Awesome buying experience. I was treated with the utmost respect and given a Fair price for the vehicle. This is a no pressure sales environment. No one looked me up and down to say this guy of color cannot afford a Mercedes. Fletcher Jones is true to their commercial in making deals to fit your budget.

my service would have been exceptional if it was complete. My car was delivered as promised ,clean and on time,but when I started to drive ,I noticed that each one of my tires showing different pressure and the car just came from the tire shop that I just had a brand new tire installed.that would have made my service exceptional.

My service coordinator, Katelyn, was exceptional as usual. However, as a retiree on a fixed income, the repair cost was not. Having said that, the quality of the repair was excellent.
