Technican Lenin) arrived at specified time. He ethodically found the problem with the furnace and was able to fix it right away. Also, was able to fix water heater. In both cases he found the simplest solution without having to replace parts. I'm not a big fan of service contracts but Lenin has definitely changed my mind and made me a loyal T.F.
