Our hot water heater started to leak on Thursday. They were recommended to us and so we called and Josh was very helpful in figuring out what we needed and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The installers were professional and courteous. They said it would take three hours and were on the nose. No surprises or extra charges. Would definitely recommend them and use them again
Our A/C compressor blew on 7/4/13. We live one block from Long's however we had a bad experience with them in 2011...I went on line and left messages with several businesses... Aggressive is the only one to get back to us. They were very honest in letting us know they could not get to us til Monday morning..by Tues morning we were up and running and cool. Everyone we spoke with and met were polite and efficient. We put in a horrible weekend with the house getting up to 95 degrees. Knowing some one was keeping in touch and doing what they promised made it much better. I am glad to say we will be a customer now and in the future. Bill Lodge

19 years in our home, Aggressive has been with us for most of that. Have always known that our Heating and AC systems would be serviced in a timely and professional manner. The office is great. You call them, they listen and help immediately. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!

Anyone around the Jersey Shore knows how hard South Mantoloking was hit by Super Storm Sandy. Waves came thru our house and destroyed our HVAC system One call to Aggressive Mechanical .and we were on our way to having our heating ,hot water and Air Conditioning restored. The field personnel were courteous, and their work very professional ,We were the second house on our block to move back in and would like to thank Aggressive for their help. They really do RESTORE THE SHORE.

We are repeat customers because of Aggressive's consistently prompt, courteous, and professional service of our furnaces, AC, hot water heaters, and sump pump. Most recently, when our hot water heater started leaking one morning, they sent out an inspector to ensure it was shut down properly; ASAP the next day, they replaced it and all of the related plumbing. Their customer service is outstanding on the phone and in person. They are especially effective in communicating: providing updates on their progress, answering my dumb questions, and explaining technical details in a clear and straightforward manner, which in an emergency situation is calming and reassuring. The work they do is completed quickly but thoroughly, with great attention to small details and great pride in their work. Other contractors may view your house as just another building, but for years Aggressive's staff have cared for our home as if it were their own.

We have use Aggressive before. The work is always completed on time without any problems. The workers always leave a clean work space. This time I was a little disappointed not in the work but lack of suggestions that should have been obvious. Our A/C unit was ruined by Sandy. We were given a quote and the work was done well. I was at work that day and had previously mentioned to my wife that it would be best if we raise the unit, even only six inches would be better but the new unit was installed on the old platform right on the ground. The workers should have known to suggest raising the platform even if it cost a little more. We waited a month to have the work done and now it will cost a lot more if I want it raised.

This contractor responded quickly and installed a new HVAC unit and all new ductwork in my crawlspace to get me heat after Sandy. Furthermore they responded quickly to my request for the re-installation of 2 condensers units so I would have A/C before it got too hot. In all my dealings with them they were professional and helpful striving too meet my needs in difficult times after the superstorm. They definitely earned my 5-star rating. Dan Millard, Avon, NJ

Outstanding service. Hot water heater failed in the morning, Jim diagnosed and fixed the problem in the early afternoon. It became clear in conversation with Jim that it made sense to replace the unit while we still had hot water. New AO Smith unit was installed by John the next day in a high proficient manner. I am completely satisfied with the entire experience. This is my second experience with Aggressive and they will continue to be my first choice with any needs in their area of expertise. Great work.
Aggressive Mechanical just replaced our two old furnaces with two new efficient Lennox systems. We own a two family house with separate heating systems, and since both systems were old (28 & 30 years) we decided it was time to replace them. Aggressive Mechanical installed the original heating systems, so we went with someone we knew and trusted. We have never had any problems when calling Aggressive Mechanical to come in and check out the heating systems, and we don't foresee any problems in the future either. All the workers are friendly and efficient, and get the job done in a reasonable time frame. I highly recommend Aggressive mechanical for anyone who wants work done well. These guys are great.
Aggressive Mechanical just replaced our old furnace with a new efficient Lennox system. We couldn't be happier with the service and knowledge of the company and their employees. They gave a lot of thought as to the best way to install the furnace as opposed to just slapping it in and asking for a check. I wouldn't use any other company in the future.

Had no A/C during a heat wave with the HVAC unit installed in my new home by another company (chosen by my building contractor). The other company would not come out to fix it because they were too busy. Since I used Aggressive for my company system I called them. It got fixed right away. Started a home service contract with them & everythings been great. Got flooded and lost entire system. The day after the power was back, they were out & gave a repair estimate. Replacement system was ordered the same day and installation began ASAP upon delivery of new equipment. Great team. Great service.

Had my gas furnace replaced by Aggressive Mechanical Contractors following superstorm Sandy. John was very professional during his assessment of my situation, indicated several furnace options, and alerted me to significant rebates. Michele from customer service followed up with all rebate paperwork and detailed instructions. Called for follow-up service and a technician arrived within the hour on a Sunday evening. Highest possible recommendation, customers are treated like family.
