Nothing but horrible internet speeds and horrible customer service. We paid for the 5Mbps plan but constantly got less than 1 Mbps, usually about 0.2 Mbps. We called for months and had techs that either didn't show up or showed up 7 hours off of the scheduled time. Once they did show up, they couldn't fix the problem.DO NOT USE CHARTER!

Charter owes me 182.00 refund chq and it is over a month and still no chq I get the run around each time I call DO NOT USE THEM the customer service is shabby unethical and down right illegal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

charter has to be the worst in p/r that i have ever experienced. Do not use them. they over charge and damaged my house during the install.

I was highly impressed when I first got Charter 6 years ago. Connectivity has decayed in the last year or two. I am currently looking for other options. I would say it costs more, and delivers less. I used to ping at 32 in Vent two years ago, now I ping 63 off the same server.I'd say if you have an option, avoid charter.

DO NOT USE CHARTER COMMUNICATIONS!! If I could have given them ZERO stars I would have because they don't even deserve to get one. After having continued HORRIBLE service for months and months and never getting any satisfaction for any of the problems that they always create, I have finally found another local service provider that absolutely has to be better because there is no possible way that anyone could be worse.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! Fed up with company and canc. service with a $70 plus credit. Have yet to recieve any monies after 2 months. Rep. on phone actually started laughing at me when I informed him I was calling about my refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. "Tried to rate a 0 however was forced to put in a star."

if you want a new charge every time you need something then this is your company. The representatives also tell you a different story for each one you talk too about the same thing. I don't believe I've ever been lied to as often as with this company.
Terrible - I quit+. I've contacted their customer services 15 TIMES in the past few weeks, and the problems still aren't resolved. Today, their suggestion was to disconnect my router, which would be great if I didn't need phone service. Oh, and they also suggested disconnecting my anti-virus software! Stunning, that's the last refuge for people who can't figure out what's wrong. Eveyrthing, including my router and virus software, worked fine until Charter bought out Wave. That's it, I'll find something else. I'm fed up with them.

If you have another choice in your town don't go with Charter. Two different times they randomly started charging me for leasing a modem that I already had when I began service. If you don't check your bill carefully you might get screwed. Also, we've had service with them for 18 years, I've been to the local office to order pay per view showings many times without a question but when I had a PROBLEM with my account because they were overcharging us, they said my husband would have to call back about it since his name is on the bill. Go Figure. We're about to try a different company...

Simply horrible. To install cable internet, we had about 8 people come to our house on different occasions only to realize that we needed a cable INSTALLED . . . apparently they didn't communicate with each other so each time a new person came to our home, they expected to just connect the cables. This was ridiculous.
I have had to take car of some business at the Pepperell office in regards to my cable box. THe women in the customer service office is so knowledgable and friendly that it is no imposition to deal with problems. The only downfall of this organization is that it is hard to find. THe sign for the industrial oark it;'s in is impossible to see if driving from Nashua to Pepperell. It is very easy to miss.

This company is not customer service concerned at all. We had a man come to our door for non payment of account. The statement has been paid every month, however Charter states they have not received. Checked with bank, amounts were deducted from account. Went to their office, very rude, not one employee smiled at any of the customers. The CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. stated we had to bring in a copy of the bank statement. If we could get another service in our area, we would not be using Charter.

This company is TERRIBLE!!!!! I have been calling/emailing/online chatting with them for 7 months now about the same internet problem and they have yet to resolve the issue. Instead, I continue to get the run around and am left with nothing but frustration. Their service sucks, the customer reps are incredibly rude, and their prices are outrageous. This company needs to have just one competitor come into the area and they will no longer be in existence.
They not only have horrible service, the reception is awful, and when their equipment fails it takes hours of arguing and complaining to even receive a small credit. Half the time my Vonage phone is not able to work b/c of their horrible internet services dropping. Save your money and go some place else.
These people do not take care of their customers, they will lie to you about specials, what they can do for you, and it's always about getting more money from you, and if you ever need to speak to a person face to face, there is no way to do that, the people locally that take payment can't even talk to the service providers, all they can do is, you guessed it, take your money. would strongly advise to deal with people other than them.
This is the only game in town, so their monopoly has completely obliterated any semblance of customer service. My suggestion to those who are looking to try the supposed $99 "bundle package"- go with Bell South (A T & T)!! You will be over charged for a total of $148.73 per month and with no decent explanation of why. Wish you could give a zero star rating . . .
