I needed my roof cleaned of those black stains.. P.J.Fitpatrick did the job, on time and left everything spic and span. Super job by good workers. I would hire them again in a minute.

PJK has distinguished itself in past and recently completed projects by its professionalism, honesty and quaility of work done. Their people have cheerfully and quickly responded to correct minor malfunction of a door months after installation. PJK may not be a low bidder on a job. However, the above are important reasons why I will most likely go first to PJK for a future job in its area of expertise.
P. J. Fitzpatrick installed my new siding and new garage door. They were on time, did a very professional, quality installation, and cleaned up after themselves. They were great to deal with and I would certainly recommend them. Tom F. West Chester PA

We have an old house with 70+ year old wood shingles under 2 layers of newer shingles that needed replacing. With our unusual house shape, scope of job, and older construction we knew it would be expensive. It was but they did a great job, were polite and informative. Cleaned up well, and checked back in several times afterward.

Very expensive and work was not done...I don't mind paying for quality....but the roof they installed for my wife and I had leaking issues 2 months after install and they tried to charge me for repair even though it was supposed to be covered by the "Best warranty in the business".

The workers were on time and worked well together and were very aware of my time restraints. They reviewed everything and went over the guarantees and the warranties. All those involved were very professional & took very good care of our home. Alan

From the start of the process, our salesman Brian was courteous and helpful. The teams of workers, we had roofing and siding done, were on time and thorough. Both jobs were done to our satisfaction and the house looks great.The supervisors check periodically and address any issues that arise. We are very pleased and the follow-up is professional in nature.
I am very pleased with the work you did on my roof. Your people were here on time and worked very hard. I came home on my break and found out that I needed more plywood pieces since the ones there were rotten. My roof was 22 years old and needed to be fixed. The clean up was great. We have used PJFitzpatrick on two separate occasions and have found them knowledgeable and professional but agree they are not the cheapest quote you'll get. However, sometimes you do get what you pay for. They show up ready to work when they say, complete the job quietly and efficiently and the products are far superior to those quoted by others. Their people are well trained and take pride in their work which is obvious in the craftsmanship of the completed project. I've employed numerous contractors the past three years, and PJF has been superior to most. Do wish they would lose the archaic "both homeowners present" approach though - I typically walk away immediately when presented with this but since I'd used them before, it wasn't an issue. News flash - the little woman no longer needs permission to engage a contractor.
I hired P.J. Fitzpatrick, Inc. to clean my shingled roof that was infected by algae. I contacted them after I saw their ad in the Philadelphia Inquirer. The ad seemed to have credibility and was not the typical gimmicky one. I was pleasantly surprised when Todd made a visit to give me a fair estimate and their 5-star promise. Also, I was impressed by the office staff, which was extremely helpful and accommodating. I was more amazed when David and his helper came-out to clean my roof. The workers were extremely professional from their attire to their workmanship. Not only did they clean any roof and gutters, they also fixed a few loose shingles and place a couple of strips on my gutter and they did not charge me extra. They were more concern about doing a great job and making sure that I was completely satisfied then moving onto the next job. And I was extremely satisfied. Once the job was completed, I received calls from the company inquiring about my satisfaction and wanted to make sure they lived-up to their promises they surpassed them. There are not a lot of people you can trust who will work on your home and treat it as if they owned it, but you sure can trust the folks at PJ. Fitzpatrick because I sure do!
We had P.J. Fitzpatrick clean our roof recently. The service was excellent and their technicians were prompt, thorough and friendly. The roof looks great and while the price seemed somewhat high they include a second yearly treatment. You get what you pay for. Cheap prices usually mean inferior work. I would rather pay more and get quality service any day. They did what they said they would, when they said they would. I would recommend P.J. Fitzpatrick any day.

My wife and I have used P.J. Fitzpatrick on two occasions. Most recently to replace 4 windows in our home. The has been very professional in our experience and they do what the say they will do. Their prices our somewhat higher but the level of craftsmanship and their guarantee makes the price difference worth it in our opinion. They were scheduled to be at our house between 8am and an 8:30am. They actually arrived at 7:15am and were waiting to start. The completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up, when the job was completed. Great company that does great work. Thanks!
Last year we needed windows and new siding. We had a few estimates and PJ Fitzpatrick's was the best. Are we happy we went with them. From the sales person to the crews sent to perform the installations it was a wonderful experience. Everyone was professional and approachable. We had a crew for the window installation and another one for the siding and both crews were great! We had one minor problem and when the serviceman came out he notice there was a small crack in one window and called in immediately to have a replacement ordered. The customer service people have always been very gracious and eager to answer any question. We were so impressed by the work and service that when we found we needed to have our garage roof replaced, they were the first ones we called. Once again, we were glad we did. We would have no problem recommending PJ Fitzpatrick to anyone. We now have the best looking house on the block.
I recently used PJ Fitzpatrick for attic insulation and an eshield. The work was quoted acurately. Each portion of the job from quote to installation was performed professionally and the installers were clean and neat and on time. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking to find a professional and responsive company to do work on and in your home.
Used them on window replacement before in 2001 . Excellent job then and excellent job on the last 3 windows I had done this year. Had a window from 2001 that glass was not clear and they took care of that with no problem. They may not be the lowest price but I feel you get what you pay for. I would use them again.

Get at least 3 or 4 estimates and you will see that PJ Fitzpatrick is the most expensive company out there. don't waste your money. they are the biggest rip off. They came out to my house and the price they gave me was triple than everyone else.

Have used P.J Fitzpatrick for several window replacements and a new roof. They did an excellent job! Professional, careful workmanship and cleanup. Jobs were all performed to a high standard. Sales was not pushy. Would highly recommend.
