rick boates and his partner checked out the problem with my gutter gave me the cost for repairs and then completed the job they were pleasnt professional and did areally great job good reprsentatives for your company ron slate prospect park

They came out to fix a leak on a 10 year old roof. $300 repair and the leak was still there the next day. New person comes out a week later and tells us we need a new roof - the leak cannot be repaired and they need to send a salesperson out to give us a price. They will credit us $300 toward a new roof! Bait and switch. I would never recommend this company.

After 5 attemptsts to repair my roof & $1400 is bills, I had to hire another roofer to redo my entire roof cause the repairs by PJF did more damage than repair. Cost me $5200 to replace a roof that was only 9 years old. Had a 30 year warranty Get other estimates before you use this co, They refuse to pay for damages done by the additional water leaks they caused. Did not refund all my money either.

We'd recommend Fitzpatrick because their ad about roof cleaning led to a quick and easy solution to our roof's mold stains. The estimator was excellent, the crew did a great job and the roof looks like new! Thank you.

When you use PJ Fitzpatrick you are getting pure quality with peace of mind. All work is lifetime guarenteed. We had a new front door installed and if I ever have a problem I know I can call them and they will come out and fix it. We just had a new roof and new siding installed and we did not hesitate to use PJ because we know the quality of their work and the peace of mind that comes with it. Everyone at PJ is professional and friendly. Everyone likes their job which shows that the company treats them right. It might cost a few dollars more to use PJ Fitzpatrick but it is worth the money!!
My wife and I were impressed with PJ Fitzpatrick from our first contact. The crew arrived on time to clean our roof with a crew supervisor and a project manager to observe their work. They worked quickly and efficiently, and the end result was wonderful; our roof looked like new. Each of the crew were equally involved in the clean-up after the work on the roof was done. I hired P. J. Fitzpatrick to replace a sliding glass door and do some surrounding vinyl siding work on my rental property. This was the first time I purchased their services and was totally pleased! From the moment the job was scoped out until the end of the project, the work was carried out efficiently, and the end result was beautiful! Every step along the way went smoothly, and each individual involved in the project was very professional and effective at carrying out their responsibilities.
We had P.J. Fitzpatrick replace our vinyl siding. The work was done in a timely fashion and the job was more than we could have expected. They cleaned up daily and when they were finished there was another cleanup done. We were so pleased with the end results and have received many compliments from our neighbors. I would surely choose P.J. Fitzpatrick for any other work we need done around our home.

Excellent work done by P.J. Fitzpatrick when they insulated my attic in December. Had P.J. Fitzpatrick out previously to put new siding on my house. The siding was also done efficiently and professionally. Will have them out again if any new work needs to be done.
My work on roof comments. I had small leaks in the bedroom ceilings of my 13 yr house bringing fears a a major expense, So arranged for an inspection by P.J.F. The tech arrived on time made the inspections and presented me with photos of several small problems and and estimate. The work was completed at a good cost level in about 2 hrs. Great company to do business with from the first phone call.. We needed our roof repaired and were very impressed with the service. So we ordered and had new windows and a storm door installed. All departments at P.J. Fitzpatrick are very professional:repair,sales,engineering,installation and warranty. Appointments were made and confirmed in a timely manner. Quality workmanship with attention to detail and they answered all our many questions.. We'll definitely be repeat customers.

P.J. Fitzpatrick replaced our front door, installed a side screen door, and replaced 4 window cranks before we contracted them to replace our roof. The roof suffered hail damage which our insurance company paid a claim. They paid an additional 100% after our Sales Rep, David Zimmerman climbed the roof on a Saturday evening to take pictures of the damage and convince the insurance agent their work would prevent future claims. Life cycle cost drove us to look beyond purchase price since we do not want costly repairs due to poor quality workmanship as we enter retirement. The lifetime guarantee from a long standing company means peace of mind. In addition, the installers delivered on time and left no traces. This adds value to our home investment.

They came when they said they would. The crew was was respectful and efficient. They finished my roof in one day and left my property spotless. The next day,a cleanup worker went around the entire house to insure that there were no stray nails or material remaining. I love my new roof. M.D.
Over the past few years we have used P.J. Fitzpatrick for windows, siding, a roof and gutters. Most recently we did windows and gutters. We could not be happier with their workmanship and professionalism. They were on time, courteous, clean and efficient in every aspect. I have recommended them to several of my friends and neighbors. Additionally, they stand behind their products. We had an issue with a window we had installed several years ago and the sales lady saw it and scheduled a crew to come out and replace it at no cost to us. They use quality products and they stand behind those products. we would recommend them to everyone.

The representative sent to my home was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly. I was impressed with his patience as my wife and I talked through all of our options with him. The installer that installed my front door did a beautiful job and was very friendly. He cleaned up after himself and the door looks perfect. We have also used PJ to replace windows in our house in the past. This is now the second time we have been completely satisfied with their employees, craftsmanship, and professionalism. We also appreciated how there were no inconsistencies with from what the sales representative said to the work that was actually completed. They are the ONLY company that has met or exceeded our expectations without any problems.

P.J. Fitzpatrick, Inc. lived up to all of their claims. Every step of the process was carried out in a professional, efficient manner. Their service people are polite and knowledgeable. They also used high quality products and left the work area spotless. My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with the two jobs that they completed for us. We will definitely use them for future improvement projects.

After seeing the P. J. Fitzpatrick ads for some time indicating they could remove the stains on my roof I decided to try it. Their representative appeared promptly and gave me a price for the job. Although I thought the cost was higher than I expected it includes a second treatment next year so I agreed. Not many days afterward I rcv'd a call to schedule the job. The free appeared on time, worked very hard all day and did a fine job. They cleaned up the grounds where they were working plus washed down the driveway. If additional work is ever needed I would once again consider them for the job.
P.J. Fitzpatrick was a pleasant surprised amongst contractors I have experienced over the years. The sales person was professional and followed my exact specifications without trying adjust or enhance what I was looking for. The installer was prompt, clean and professional which gave me an air of confidence the work would be performed according to expectation. I have just hired them to replace doors on my residence and would highly recommend this company to friends, family or anyone else needing a professional job performed.
