I Called J&R towing and recovery because my car broke down in Eden square shopping center and the driver is very nice and he towed me back home to Alexandria Virginia and my garage at my home was very tight and he was able to put my vehicle right were I wanted it . I would highly recommend anybody that needs any service for there vehicle to call J&R towing and you will be very happy and I had 4 people and I thought that they would have to call for taxi or train to get the rest of my family home and J&R towing got an extended cab so they were able to take my whole family in the truck. Thank you for your services.

I called J&R towing to to my Lamborghini diablo to Pennsylvania and they were very fast and very gentle with my vehicle and they did a very excellent job loading and unloading and I will call them every time I need any of my vehicles towed. Thanks again for a great job

I called for j r towing for a tow to Mercedes of Wilmington and jack came to help and his quick response the vehicle was stuck in park and was able to get it in drive so I can get back home to New York because they were close so I didn't have to stay over night thanks again jack for your quick response and Helping me to get back on the road.

i called j&r towing and the owner personally came out to assist me in th poring down rain to change my tire on i 495 at 4:00 in the morning and i was crunching for time and jack said i willbe there in 20-30 minutes and he got out of bed and he was there in litterly 20 minutes sharp thanks again jack for quick and outstanding service.

Horrible service! We called and were originally told the tow truck would be there in approximately 45 minutes. We called him several times and he said he was stuck in traffic. However, he kept giving us a specified time he would be there and then he did not show up. Neither did he call us to let us know he was not going to be there at the time he said. After 3 hours we finally called another company. No trust in this company.

THIS COMPANY IS VERY DEPENDABLE AND HONEST AND THEY TAKE ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS AND THEY TOW FOR AAA AND THEY WILL COME OUT ALL HOURS OF DAY AND NIGHT. THEY WORK 24 HOURS A DAY 7 DAYS AWEEK AND EVEN HOLIDAYS.
