Total ripoff!!! Towed my truck to his house not garage and charged me 600 dollars to shoot from the hip and not fix my car. He said he changed the alternator lie. Changed the starter lie. If you want to get ripped off go ahead. Don't say I didn't warn you.

This is the best company I have company I ever called.i broke down in my Bentley at 4:00 am and I called j&r towing and they got on location with my vehicle in 15 minutes and they towed it back to Alexandria va. Great customer service and great prices and personality and very honest and dependable and quick response and was very gentle with my Bentley and he also had and extended cab to accommodate my family of 4. I Call J&R towing this morning to tow my corvette from Delaware park to porter Chevrolet and jack told me they he would be there 15-20 minutes and I returned to Delaware to meet jack and he got there the same time I did.Jack came and towed my corvette and he did an excellent job loading and unloading my corvette.
