I had a great experience with Michael the owner of Indigaro Heating & Cooling. My old furnace broke down this February on one of the coldest days of the month. A company sticker was on my furnace so I called in the evening & spoke to Michael. He arrived on time the next morning to check out the problem. As was expected it was time for a new furnace. He gave me a reasonable quote, took a 50% deposit and returned the following day to replace my furnace. Michael was, polite, honest & hard working. He took time to talk with me & answer any questions or concerns I had. He finished that afternoon & told me to call anytime if there was a problem. He followed up with a phone call & email to make sure I was happy with everything. He also let me know that he would be there for me if I had any problems down the road. Michael Indigaro will get the job done right the first time. I highly recommend him & will refer him to friends & family !

Want to let potential customers for indigarohvac know there agreat company. I called them for a no heat call on late Friday night .We needed a part that Michael did not have till am .He was at my house 7am following morning with part , very professional and courteous. Indigaro installed a new hvac system last year , and works great. Monday morning when it was very cold out my unit was acting up , I called Michael and he came within an hour, changed my filter was in and out and and Did not Over charge me! Mike and his team came to my condo in South Boston and were extremely helpful. Not only were they completely professional, but they were able to solve my problem right away. I had expected that the process would be time consuming and expensive, but in fact the issue was the quickest of fixes and they didn't charge me a cent. It's refreshing to know that there are still folks who are honest out there, and I put Mike/Indigaro Heating/Cooling in that esteemed category. Hopefully nothing will ever go wrong with my HVAC unit, but if it does, you can be sure that Indigaro Heating/Cooling will be the first people I call. Kudos to them for their professionalism and service.

Called Indigaro to give me pricing on central air ,and so glad we did! Michael came and gave us some great ideas on system and how to save $ thats amazing that they wanted to save us $ we had other contractor come in and tell me something totally different and not to mention his price was not even close to indigaro price! I had called quite a number of places before I lucked out and found these spectacular people. Mike was litteraly the only person I talked to who listened to my problem and didn't treat me like an idiot. He was there in record time and was amazingly cheerful for the early hour in the morning. He was fair and reasonable and very fast. Indigaro came through for a job that no one elce could give me a straight answer on and made it look easy.
