very helpful knew what was required to fix the problem. and fixed it. also recommended that a repair was needed on a drain pipe the was rusted which was the cause of my drain being blocked. We agreed to make an appointment next week to have a new drain line installed.

He calmly and professionally addressed all of my questions and explained the cost/benefit analysis of each of the proposed options. As a program manager and management consultant, I truly appreciated his straight forward delivery and presentation. I have dealt with Drain Right previously and will do so in the future if comparable service is provided.
